Having looked after hen parties for a previous employer i decided to branch out and try it myself. Luckily enough one of my friends was getting married around the time so they asked me to plan the hen party .... After that weekend Elite Hen Parties was born

With so many enquires coming in now for next years hen parties we wanted to compile a little traffic light system for the peak months and really how much time you should give yourself to plan.

We cant stress enough to book early, early, early! Espically if your looking for a house setting you need to get in early

🔴🔴 RED - March, End of May through Sept, Nov. Every Bank Holiday aswell. Infact these sell out first with May and Aug the busiest Bank Holidays. If your going for any time within here give yourself 6-8 months notice ahead of the date. This way you will get first choice on all venues and suppliers

🟠🟠 ORANGE - April, Oct and Dec. Now while these would still be busy months you will see more flexibility in availability. Mar and Apr are communion/confirmation seasons so most hens wont be planned so if you dont have this among your group you will find places easier. Dec is quiet for hen parties but the Christmas party season will take up suppliers aswell so if you are having a hen this time remember to still get in early and also you will find accomdation a bit cheaper for this time. If you booking around this time give yourself 5-6 months notice

🟢🟢 GREEN - Jan and Feb. Both of these would be considered "off season" for hens with exception to the Bank Holiday which would be the first weekend of it all starting again. Lots of deals to be found, lots of availability but with just been after Christmas its essential to plan early so guests can save an have the money put aside for it. If your looking at this time give yourself around 4-6 months notice but dont hang about
