We are the makers of ‘Be Our Guest’. Our names are Laura & Colin. We are the owners of the startup company Glitterbug, based in Dublin, Ireland.
I’m Laura. I’m from Buncrana, Co. Donegal. I’m a passionate environmentalist, mother to my wonderful 6 year old daughter, software developer, artist, fiction writer and entrepreneur. I’m a vegan, a non-judgmental, open minded person and a wiccan.
My partner Colin is a brilliant, quick witted and highly intelligent software developer, business strategist and blogger. He is a very logical person who is always ten steps ahead but he also has a lot of heart and cares about making the world a better place for everyone.
We develop all the code for ‘Be Our Guest’ and make all the in-house art work (watercolours, acrylics, oils, etc) from our Dublin apartment in Terenure.
It is our aim to produce products that are better for the planet and reduce paper waste without skimping on quality, visual appeal or functionality.
We also want to ensure privacy and security for all our customers as that is paramount. Our products are all about quality and making sure that our couples and their guests have the best possible experience.
