Halfway through the final round at Palmerstown House Estate the rain started.

The MC announced the event was wrapping up.

Nobody moved.

Teams stayed out in the middle of the field finishing challenges, arguing over scores, and trying to win the final game anyway 😂

That’s usually a good sign.

We had 160 guests taking part in an Irish-themed team building event in Kildare with activities including:

• Archery
• Axe throwing
• Sheep herding
• Falconry
• Turf stacking
• Puc Fada
• Milking cows
• Garden games

The goal was simple. Get people outdoors, talking, competing, and properly involved.

And it worked.

The energy stayed high from start to finish, even with the weather trying to get involved.

One of those days where people fully leaned into the experience.

52 participants from a company in the energy industry joined us at The Johnstown Estate for a high-energy Team Olympics summer team building event.

Split into 4 teams, the group took on a mix of inflatable challenges, competitive games, and interactive activities designed to get everyone involved. From Reaction Challenge and Alpha Blocks to the final Bungee Run showdown, the competition stayed strong throughout the day.

To finish the event, 4 male and 4 female finalists battled it out in the Bungee Run challenge for the top spot in their categories, with the rest of the group cheering them on from the sidelines.

A brilliant Team Olympics event packed with teamwork, competition, and outdoor fun from start to finish.

A great session of Detour at the Hodson Bay Hotel recently 🙌

33 attendees took on a mix of team challenges, quick decisions, and problem-solving tasks throughout the activity.

This was the second year running the company chose us for their annual company day.

People are laughing, sharing videos, talking about the challenges, and trying to argue why their team should have won.

From recreating movie scenes to doing air guitar in the middle of the city, the whole experience is built to get teams relaxed, competitive, and genuinely enjoying themselves together.

It all finishes with a showback of the best moments from the day which always gets huge reactions. 👏

It’s giving Jurassic Park vibes 🌿 🦖

Yesterday, we ran an outdoor team building event for 60 international guests at Beyond the Trees Avondale

Teams rotated through a series of challenges including giant skis, welly throwing, turf stacking, cow milking, horse shoes and axe throwing.

And it got competitive very quickly 😅

One of the nicest things from the day was seeing how into it everyone got.

Between the cheering, the friendly rivalry and the amount of photos being taken throughout the activities, the whole group really leaned into the experience.

Big credit to our event team and everyone involved in bringing this one together 🌲

Last Friday evening, we were in the Grand Hotel Malahide to run a bespoke Level Up activity for their staff as part of their values launch event.

We customised the experience with the hotel’s branding and tailored questions based on the values shared earlier in the evening. The result was a high-energy, interactive way to bring those values to life and make them stick long after the event finished.
