CANCELLATION AND CHANGE DEADLINES

The deadline to modify or cancel any bespoke/personalised order is by 9am four days prior to collection/delivery. The deadline to modify or cancel and standard order is by 9am two days prior to collection/delivery. Orders cancelled or changed after these deadlines will not have deposit refunded.

3. COVID19 AND DEPOSITS

In relation to Covid19 and deposits. In the case of a lockdown where customers event is outright cancelled or they can't travel to collect order and/or Funky Fayre cannot deliver the order due to emergency public health measures only. Deposit will be fully refundable. If your event has been postponed, we will honour your deposit and move your order to the new date .
