The following information is important! We will be unable to set up your equipment if you do not comply with the following requirements.
1. No shoes or bare feet inside inflatables.
2. No food, gum, or drinks around or inside the inflatables (avoid choking hazards or mess).
3. No glasses, jewellery, badges or high heels inside inflatables.
4. No pets, toys or sharp objects inside the inflatables.
5. No moving or altering the inflatables, anchoring system or its accessories.
6. No baby oil, henna, soap, confetti or sprays or other substances inside the inflatables.
7. No liquid to be poured or sprayed onto the inflatables (may cause slippery conditions).
8. Must have adult supervision at all times.
9. Must be aware of age limitations on chosen inflatables.
10. Must be aware of maximum occupancy and weight limits.
11. Must keep safety mats at the bottom of slides – do not remove after the driver positions.
12. Must keep the way on the side clear at all times.
13. Do not use in windy conditions or wind gusts over 24mph.
14. Do not use during thunderstorms.
15. Do not smoke, barbecue or bring glasses on or near inflatables.
16. Do not allow children to bring any hard, sharp or large objects that could block exits.
17. Do not allow children to bring balloons into inflatables or burst them (choking hazard).
18. Do not bounce at the entry or exit points.
19. Do not climb on the slide – steps MUST be used – use one at a time, sitting down, feet first.
20. Do not bounce against the sides.
21. Do not permit reckless behaviour inside the inflatable.
22. Do not wrestle, flip, collide or pile with other participants.
23. Do not allow small and big children to bounce at the same time.
24. Do not hang from the sides or the roof – a repair fee will be added if damages occur.
25. Do not allow your children near the blower unit – risk of electric shock and serious injury.
26. Do not use the inflatable if you have a history of neck or back problems.
27. Do not use the inflatable while it's being inflated or deflated.
28. Do not leave the blower plugged in if the inflatable isn't used.
29. If the blower overheats or loses power, immediately remove children and switch it off
from the mains. It should restart when switched back on after 1 to 2 minutes later.
30. Contact us if there are issues with the blower.
31. Contact us immediately in case of equipment failure.
32. Contact us as soon as possible if there is any injury needing medical attention.
Ensure treatment within 2 hours of the event.
33. Please obtain a detailed incident report in case of such a level of injury.
In addition to the rules listed above, please ensure the following:
📌The access area is to be clear of all litter, rubbish and animal waste.
📌The payment is sorted in cash for our delivery driver on arrival.
📌Adhere to all health and safety and proper usage requirements given to you.
