Hi guys,
A week on from Mayo day and there is still a fab buzz around the place,long may it last.
One of the main thing I was asked about last week were my videos from lock down 3 years ago,people found them so helpful,so insightful and so tasty.And with the cost of living crisis they are as important as ever as a tool to help with nutrition and budgeting within the home.
Eating out is again becoming a luxury.
My videos are very basic because they were shot by myself during Covid but they show you the techniques to deliver fresh ,wholesome ,nutritious meals at home and have fun cooking with the kids.
All you need to do is,

And all 40 plus videos pop up there free of charge.

Morning Everyone,
Hope everyone had a brilliant Easter with friends and family.
As it seems to be study week in a lot of colleges for exams afew parents asked me to do afew bits and pieces to send with their pride and joys as fuel for their brains and they know they will have 1 or 2 nutritionist ,home cooked meals during the week.
So today I am doing;

Chicken Curry and Rice, 10 €

Homemade Italian Lasagne (2portions) 12 €

Chicken salad with coleslaw and potato salad 10 €

As a treat,
Homemade apple crumble (2portions) 6 €

I probably won’t get enough done to go on the street with all the pre orders,but if you fancy something just send a message and I will arrange collection or delivery to you this evening,if there’s anything left.
