We brought the carnival to Sam's Bar for Microsoft's Christmas party, blending vintage spectacle with a modern venue.

"Thank you so much for last night, you were just amazing. It is definitively a party we will remember." Microsoft

The old-world carnival theme offered something for every taste: stilt walkers and human furniture mingling with guests, while live music kept the energy high. A carnival lets people watch, join in or simply wander between acts at their own pace.

We won't pretend organising a snake charmer is part of your usual workday.

Planning a Christmas party or staff celebration? We'd love to hear your favourite theme ideas.

The office is quiet. The lights are flickering. And you’re fairly sure you weren’t the last one to leave…

This Halloween, give your team something to talk about with Halloween Movie Makers from Fusion Events.

Take a little inspiration from the video: familiar corridors, a shadow in the doorway and that sudden feeling you should probably take the stairs. What would your team’s Halloween movie look like? Who would investigate the strange noise, and who would already be halfway home?

If you’re planning your company’s Halloween event and fancy a movie-making twist, get in touch to talk about our Movie Makers experience.

Quiet on set. Something’s coming.

Ponsse spent the National Ploughing Championships 2026 in a fully branded exhibition trailer from Fusion Events.

Ponsse wanted a professional, visible presence at one of Ireland's busiest outdoor events, somewhere to meet existing clients and new customers. We supplied the exhibition trailer and a complete branding package built around Ponsse's corporate identity.

The branded exterior made the trailer easy to spot across the showgrounds. Inside, it gave the team a warm, comfortable space to welcome visitors, hold private customer conversations and take a break from the busy event. Unlike an open stand, it kept equipment and belongings secure and kept everyone dry in the changeable Irish weather.

For Ponsse's first time exhibiting from a fully branded trailer, it performed better than expected.

The National Ploughing Championships is always a highlight of the Irish events calendar, and 2026 was no exception.

This year, we were delighted to support both Ponsse and OHK Energy with fully branded exhibition trailers, helping each company create a strong, professional presence at one of Ireland’s largest outdoor events.

For Ponsse, it was their first time using this type of exhibition space, and the experience exceeded expectations. Across three busy days, the trailers provided clean, warm and secure environments where both teams could welcome customers, hold meaningful conversations, showcase their brands and enjoy a well-earned break from the crowds and changing weather.

At an event of this scale, having a comfortable and professional base can make a real difference. The external branding delivered excellent visibility across the site, while the interiors created practical spaces for engaging with existing and prospective clients.

It was great to see both trailers working so effectively and becoming integral parts of the Ponsse and OHK Energy stands.

Thank you to both teams for choosing Fusion Events. If your business is exhibiting at an outdoor event, agricultural show or brand activation, we would be delighted to discuss our exhibition trailer and branding options.

One stand. Three days. A presence people could not walk past. Here is how it came together.

Certa Ireland wanted a presence at the National Ploughing Championships that nobody could walk past: one of the biggest outdoor events in the country, thousands of visitors, and a rural audience they needed to talk to directly. So we built them a 20m by 20m activation from the ground up.

At the centre sat a custom branded 8m exhibition trailer in Certa's colours, ringed by pagoda marquees for welcoming visitors, chatting to the team and handing out merchandise. We laid the site out so it drew people in from every direction, then gave them room to look around once they were on it.

The magnet was a branded claw machine competition. It pulled families over, kept them on the stand, and turned a passing glance into a real conversation about Certa's fuel.

We handled the lot. Concept and 3D site design, all the branding and signage, the build and install, crowd flow and fencing, event staffing, videography and content, and every bit of logistics in between. Concept to completion, one team.

The result: steady crowds across all three days and a lively, welcoming space where Certa's team could meet visitors.
Planning a brand activation or an exhibition stand? Let's make yours impossible to miss.
