Turn and Tender @ Jordan's Bar Ballinderreen turns 2 this weekend. Ger is preparing his own favorite dish, Trinchado as the weekend special, tender beef chunks in a spicy peri-peri, garlic and red-w**e sauce, served with chips and crusty bread.
