Series 2 Wine Tasting and food pairing evening is on the 28th August 2025 at 6:30pm. Its all about Australia and New Zealand, their wine and their food! I have to emphasize that we only have a limited number of spaces so please book early to avoid disappointment.

We are in the planning stages of the next wine and food pairing evening to be held in August. New Zealand and Australian wines and food are the theme for this month. This is a fun evening where you can taste up to 5 different wines and 'Tasting dishes' whilst learning new things about wines and the vineyards associated with these areas. It has been a while since we had SPIT ROAST BEEF for offer so this weekend seems like a good weekend with the Galway Races on the go and very little time to spend cooking! To accompany the gorgeous slow roasted beef we will have crispy roast potatoes, veg, Yorkshire pudding and dark velvety port wine gravy.

We going a bit Japanese this weekend with our Beef Teriyaki dish. Juicy strips of 32 day matured Black Angus Sirloin steak, stir-fried together with vibrant vegetables, egg noodles, and teriyaki sauce for that authentic taste.
