Two months of deep inner work. Two months of stripping back, tuning in, and rediscovering who I am when the noise fades away.

As I head back on the road, I close this chapter with so much gratitude. What an incredible, eye-opening, mind-blowing, humbling journey it’s been. I stepped away to realign… and I’m returning clearer, lighter, stronger.

I can’t wait to travel again, to do what I love most - sharing my music with the world, feeling the connection, the energy exchange. But this time, I go back differently.

These past two months gifted me practices, medicines, tools for balance. Ways to find peace in chaos. Ways to stay grounded when surrounded by every kind of energy - good and bad. I’ve learned that putting myself first isn’t selfish… it’s necessary. When I’m aligned, I show up better for everyone around me.

I’m beyond grateful to every soul I met on this journey. To those who guided me. To my friends. To my family. To the wisdom that found me exactly when I needed it.

Now it’s time for the next chapter - with more clarity, more focus, more precision, more perseverance. More humble. More grateful.

A few weeks ago, I stepped into the world of Amazonian plant medicine. Totally mesmerised by the magic & the music, I instantly felt the calling to merge this world with mine.

Im so honoured to have Juan Carlos & Harley-Rose come to the studio to deliver sacred Ikaro’s and play live instruments on this project we’ve named “Luminous”.

Just left .arkaana & The Luminous Spirit Retreat and my mind, heart and spirit feel completely rearranged.

Trying to put this week into words feels impossible… but here’s my attempt.

For years I’ve been curious about the natural medicines of the world, yet never felt quite ready. Recently I’d been feeling lost. Not in a dark way, but a calling for change. London is no longer home. So I chose Tulum as a place to reset. Finding this retreat was a sign.

What followed was nothing short of magic. I was welcomed with open arms, kindness and love into a world I’d never known. A week filled with healing, natural medicines, prayers, wisdom, and deep connection. I learned that vulnerability is a strength. Asking for help is a strength. And that kindness, compassion, and humility is so much cooler than ego and status.

I arrived surrounded by strangers who quickly became family. We journeyed inward, supported each other and shared experiences that will stay with me forever.

Hands down the most beautiful and profound experience of my life!

Endless gratitude to , .v.z , .rose.healing , and the maestro . The music. The energy. The visions. The connections. I’m still trying to put the pieces together. I leave feeling humbled, grounded, inspired and ready to face this year with a completely fresh perspective.

If anyone feels curious or called to become the best version of themselves and wants a nudge in the right direction, I’m more than happy to share more about my experience.

These people are doing real work for humanity in a world that desperately needs it.

Knowledge is power.

Opening a night is its own art form. It’s not about dropping bangers, but about respecting the flow of the evening and setting the stage for what’s to come. You’re entrusted with shaping the energy and guiding the journey from the moment the doors open. It’s been a while since I did this, and I absolutely loved watching the room go from 0-100.
