Sejak diresmikan pada medio tahun 2015, THRIVE Entertainment yang menjadi salah satu divisi baru dibawah naungan THRIVE Corporation ini berusaha mengungkit kegiatan-kegiatan komunitas

lokal. Fokus tujuan utama yakni berusaha menciptakan iklim pasar hiburan lokal khususnya maupun nasional pada umumnya dengan lebih berkualitas dengan pengemasan dan produksi yang apik. THRIVE Entertainment is a Creative Organizer and Promotor which engaged in the entertainment industry that seeks to embrace local brands, artists, musicians, and play a part in building event’s production quality. Since established in medio 2015, THRIVE Entertainment, one of the divisions under THRIVE Corporation is trying to supports local community activities. The main purpose of the focus i.e. trying to create the climate of local entertainment market in particular as well as the national at large with more packaging and production quality.

'Tribute to Powerslaves #2'

Tribute to Powerslaves, event live music yang rencananya akan digalakkan secara reguler untuk menggugah kembali citarasa rock'n'roll 90'an sebagai salah satu sajian hiburan lokal dalam kemasan ekspresif yang dilagukan oleh para musisi lokal maupun pecinta Powerslaves.

Powerslaves adalah sebuah band yang membawakan musik Rock 'n Roll dan Blues, berdiri pada April tahun 1991 di Kota Semarang, Jawa Tengah, Indonesia. Diawali pertemuan Anwar Fatahilah (Bass) dengan Heidi Ibrahim (Vocal) yang memiliki kecocokan dalam konsep musik. Setelah merekrut pendukung lainnya yaitu Kolem (Guitar), Randy (Guitar), Vidi Widi (Drum) dan Wiwiek (Keyboard), akhirnya band Powerslaves ini berdiri dengan kekuatan yang solid.

Nama Powerslaves diambil dari Ensiklopedia yang artinya sekelompok tentara Nabi Musa A.S. yang memiliki kekuatan dari dalam. Tapi bagi mereka ada penjabaran khusus yaitu kekuatan untuk menghasilkan musik keras tetapi tetap harmonis. Kekuatan musik Powerslaves adalah musik rock yang harmonis, maka tak heran banyak kalangan yang mengatakan saat itu, Powerslaves adalah terjemahan musik dari band top dunia Guns N Roses dan Led Zeppelin.

Power Slaves mulai terkenal di industri musik Indonesia setelah merilis album pertama yang berjudul "Metal Kecil" pada tahun 1991 yang menghasilkan single hit "Impian". Hingga tahun 2004 Powerslaves telah menghasilkan 5 album: Metal Kecil (1991), Metal Kartun (1996), Kereta Rock 'n Roll (1998), Powerslaves (2001) dan Gak Bakal Mati (2004). Namun hingga saat ini nama Powerslaves tidak lagi terdengar merilis album baru di industri musik Indonesia, setelah keluarnya Andry Franzzy (Guitaris) dan bergabung dengan Boomerang. *wikislavers
