Ten months down, two months to go till we enter the new year. How has your 2020 been? Wedding trends and its behaviour have surely changed, and we believe it will continue to stay so for awhile.

Bright side is, It’s finally time for you to prioritise YOU beside scale and numbers. Question to ask yourself: in ten years (or more) from now, what do you want to remember your wedding about? what makes the two of you happy? How do you imagine a special wedding moment look like? Do it for you.

Make sure your wedding day is designed to celebrate the two of you above anyone else, and your love story be embraced above anything else. Because in the end, that’s what wedding is all about.

Yours truly team's new normal essential kit! 💼

Pandemic has surely transformed our ideas of how we're living and doing our activities in daily basis. Preparing extra hygiene measures, clear guidelines, processes and protocols must therefore be in place to create a safe return for our team to work.

For the rest of 2020 and perhaps until extended time, we are committed to only organize and arrange wedding/events which follow safe and clear new normal regulation and willing to provide safe atmosphere to (basically everyone!) every couple and their families, every guest, crew, and vendor involved.

Berbagai vendor dari area of expertise yang berbeda dalam industri wedding serta MICE diundang pada malam tersebut. Grand Central Hotel Pekanbaru memperkenalkan jajaran manajemen nya, fasilitas, serta improvement & development yang telah dilakukan demi memberikan layanan yang lebih baik.

Here's to beautiful days filled with warm sunlights, blooms, and love.
This picture was taken from our client's beautiful wedding celebration day, Jeffrey & Jamie. Travelling back from Australia to Jeffrey's hometown, the couple had a wondeful pool-side garden party filled with families and important guests coming from afar to celebrate their union. We truly adore the two of them, Jamie's warm and sweet soul and Jeffrey's charisma. Truly a photo can freeze moment and capture beautiful stories, just like how this picture does to us.

Wedding is a celebration of the love you and your partner have. Therefore, the day should focus on celebrating the two of you before anything else. One day in the future, you'll look back and tell your children of how meaningful the day was, because everything about that day was meant to be cherished forever.

Often, guests are the concern that takes more portion of our consideration. But believe me when I say, your friends and family are coming from afar to celebrate you, and to be a part of your moment. What will stick with them forever about your wedding is when things remind them of you.

Perhaps, a memorable wedding isn't made of what the majority do, but from what’s uniquely and authentically you.

Are you having wedding / event held within this month and worrying about the virus situation? We understand the worries upon your upcoming events. A lot of what ifs may arise, but let’s remind each other today that we’re not alone and we will go back stronger after this storm ends!

Once the government announces when activities (including weddings) are allowed to run back like normal days, let’s apply some adjustments at your events for safety and prevention.

Here are few steps we can apply;
1) provide hand sanitizer at public spots where your guests can easily find (registration table, wishes corner, toilet, etc)

2) if your venue doesn’t do temperature check at their security gate, you can apply temperature check at your ballroom gate or registration table for every guest coming in! In this case, you may need help from your event or wedding planner / coordinator, or if you don’t have one you can ask a friend or family to help you.

3) No handshake during the event!
Involve your master ceremony and wedding/event coordinator to help you educate the guests why handshake or physical contact isn’t allowed, and how to congratulate you.

4) Food & Beverages Hygiene Practice!
Communicate with your F&B provider about the concern. Make sure that their crews are in healthy and fit condition, and encourage them to wear gloves and mask when preparing food and drinks.

These prevention steps requires teamwork from everyone involved in the wedding - from you, families, guests, talents, and vendors.

When you have a lot of friends and everyone is ready to be your bridesmaid then who should you choose?

choosing bridesmaid is a fun and interesting part of wedding process but also.. confusing and complicated some (read: a lot of) times. There is no strict rule in this case but we have some tips for you brides that hopefully helps!

1. Choose the right people
On your wedding day you can be so emotional about everything. You have to know that your wedding day is moments you’ll cherish forever. Make sure that you choose the one you find the most valueable to you, and those who are always there to support you, and worth to witness & spend your once-in-a-lifetime moment with.

2. Remember that bridesmaids have responsibilities
Being a bridesmaid is not only about wearing the same dress and taking picture with the bride. It’s moooooorrreeee than that. Bridesmaid comes with some responsibility, she is being selected as someone the bride can always count on during the wedding day even far from the preparation process. Beside arranging the bridal shower event, they’re also in charge in preparing games for the groom & groomsmen. Bridesmaid always go along with the bride wherever she goes and be there whenever she needs support.

We hope that through these tips, it will help you brides in choosing people who can carry out this task well and also have the personality that sets your wedding atmosphere the way you want it to be.
