We can’t believe how fast time is flying, as the first quarter is already over. From 30th March to 2nd April, we had our annual Corporate Meeting in Lembang, Bandung. 💪

Led by our Director of Marketing & Operations, we dove into an interactive agenda that challenged our thinking. Over four days, we developed fresh approaches to navigate today’s evolving industry landscape. Continuous improvement is part of Pacto Convex’ DNA. Driving us to keep learning, adapting, and staying ahead. 💛

The days also include Team Building, Zumba dance workout followed by dinner party where everybody got a chance to show their performing talents! Our Meeting concluded with a Zoom Meeting with our Board of Directors.

Emerging young leaders from ASEAN member countries and the United Kingdom gathered at the ASEAN Future Forum NextGen Workshop 2026 held from 8th to 10th March 2026 at Fairmont Hotel, Jakarta, to discuss the role of youth in shaping ASEAN’s future. The event was hosted by the United Kingdom Mission to ASEAN in collaboration with the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV).

Under the theme “Strategic and Skills for Regional Leadership”, the event featured high level speakers, among others, H.E. Dr. Ton Thi Ngoc Huong, Permanent Representative of Viet Nam to ASEAN; Ben Matthews, Deputy Head of Mission and Political-Security Counsellor at the UK Mission to ASEAN; H.E. Elizabeth P. Buensuceso, the Philippines' Eminent Person to the High-Level Task Force on the ASEAN Community Vision; and Dr. R.M. Marty M. Natalegawa, Former Minister for Foreign Affairs of Indonesia.

The three-day program also included welcome dinner and orientation on the first day, and continued with lectures, expert dialogues and negotiation simulations designed to develop diplomatic, debate and consensus-building skills, as well as field visits to ASEAN-related institutions, including the ASEAN Secretariat, and the National Museum of Indonesia in Jakarta.

A successful event shaped by innovation and collaboration, and we thank to and everyone who made these three days count.

From 3rd to 5th March 2026, we organized World Engineering Day for Sustainable Development 2026 (WED 2026), welcoming 600 delegates from 39 nations at Balai Kartini, Jakarta. The event highlighted collaboration, knowledge exchange, and partnership-building, reinforcing global role in driving innovation, connections, and growth in the global engineering field. The event was hosted by the Institution of Engineers Indonesia (Persatuan Insinyur Indonesia – PII) and co-led by the World Federation of Engineering Organizations (WFEO).

Across numerous sessions, experts shared insights both offline and online, sparked discussion, and kept the audience of engineers, policymakers, innovators, educators and students fully connected. A special highlight this year: Indonesia is the first Asia-Pacific country to host World Engineering Day since its 2020 launch.

Congratulations to PII – we’re proud to be part of this journey and look forward to what’s ahead. Hats off to the for successfully delivering WED 2026. Pulling off such an impactful event with only two months of preparation is no small feat. 💪

Just recently, we organized the launch of bi-annual flagship report, the 2025 Indonesia Economic Prospects (IEP): People-First Housing: A Roadmap from Homes to Jobs to Prosperity in Indonesia.

This half-day event was held in hybrid format on 23rd June 2025 at Soehanna Hall at the Energy Building, SCBD, Jakarta.

The IEP June 2025 edition’s launch featured prominent speakers, among others the Country Director of World Bank for Indonesia and Timor Leste Carolyn Turk, representative from Australian Embassy Jakarta, high level Indonesian government officials, private sector as well as experts.

It is always a good time working with long-time clients. Another successful event resulting from a strong partnership and collaboration.

Congratulations to our team on the excellent delivery of the 15th International Congress of Asian Society of Cardiothoracic Anesthesia held in conjunction with the 9th Annual Scientific Meeting of Indonesia Association of Cardiovascular Anesthesiologist, gathering 700+ attendees from 17 countries on-site in Jimbaran Convention Center, Bali, from 1st to 4th July 2025 🎉

The event highlights included Pre-Congress Workshops, Congress Scientific Session, ASCA Board Meeting, and Exhibition.

A heartfelt thank you to all for being an exceptional team— and to our amazing participants for their energy, curiosity, and drive.
