PACIFIC ROYALE READY TO SERVE SOLO DENPASAR

SOLO - Royale Airlines Pacific Airways ready to serve international routes operated Solo and Solo-Surabaya-Denpasar.

SOLO - Maskapai penerbangan Pacific Royale Airways siap beroperasi melayani jalur penerbangan Solo-Surabaya dan Solo-Denpasar.
"Saya dan rombongan datang ke sini, istilahnya kulonuwun sama yang punya kota, jangan sampai beliau kaget tahu-tahu ada penerbangan baru di kotanya," kata CEO Pacific Royale Airways Samudra S**ardi usai bertemu Wali Kota Surakarta Joko Widodo (Jokowi) di Solo, Selasa.
Ia mengatakan, sebelum membuka jalur penerbangan baru ini, pihaknya terlebih dahulu melakukan survei dan penghitungan potensi penerbangan dari Bandara Adisumarmo Surakarta.
Meskipun saat ini pihaknya belum mengantongi air operator certificate (AOC) untuk dapat beroperasi di Indonesia, tetapi diharapkan dapat segera beroperasi di Solo. "Untuk skala nasional kita targetkan bulan ini mulai beroperasi," ujarnya.
Samudra S**ardi mengatakan lebih memilih Solo karena Bandara Adisutjipto Yogyakarta sudah padat penerbangan. "Kita maunya secepatnya. Setidaknya tahun ini sudah beroperasi di Solo. Tetapi kan kita juga masih menunggu izin dan persiapannya," katanya.
Ia menambahkan untuk pertama akan menggunakan pesawat kecil dengan daya tampung 50 tempat duduk.
"Mengenai target pasar, kami tidak membatasi pasar, namun yang jelas maskapai ini akan memberikan full service. Kita inginnya harga lebih murah dari penyedia layanan penerbangan lainnya," katanya.
Ia menambahkan, pihaknya menyiapkan 10 pesawat. Sesuai UU Nomor 1/2009 tentang Penerbangan, setiap airlines harus menyediakan minimal 10 pesawat, lima pesawat milik sendiri dan lima pesawat sewa," katanya.
Samudra mengatakan, pihaknya saat ini telah menyiapkan lima pesawat jenis Fokker, empat pesawat Airbus 320 dan satu pesawat Airbus 330 untuk melayani penerbangan di Indonesia. (ant/gor)
