The day of Silence day in Bali 21 March 2015, No light or fire, no activity, No working, No travelling.

The series of Nyepi rituals:

Bali Ogoh – Ogoh parade is very identical with Nyepi in Bali. This is become the most interesting event among the series of Nyepi Ceremony. Ogoh-ogoh are usually made by the group of artists found in villages around Bali. On the night before Nyepi these Ogoh Ogoh are proudly paraded through the streets and is quite a spectacle and one not to be missed. After being paraded on a convoy around the town, finally it is burnt to ashes in a cemetery as a symbol of self-purification.

After through the series the following day is performed
Amati Geni: No fire or light, including no electricity
Amati Karya: No working
Amati Lelunganan: No travelling
Amati Lelanguan: Fasting and no revelry/self-entertainment
Fourth, the Yoga/Brata Ritual starts at 6:00 a.m. and continues to 6:00 a.m. the next day.
Fifth, the Ngembak Agni/Labuh Brata Ritual is performed for all Hindus to forgive each other and to welcome the new days to come.
Sixth and finally, The Dharma Shanti Rituals is performed after all the Nyepi rituals finished.
