With the theme of strengthening risk-based asset management to achieve excellent performance amid limited resources, this Raker brought leaders into one focused space. The session ran in two parts reviewing performance, mapping risks, and aligning strategies moving forward. The discussions were sharp, practical, and straight to the point.
In between, a wellbeing session gave everyone a moment to reset before continuing. Because maintaining performance also means maintaining the people behind it.

Day one wasn’t about sitting still.
The team headed straight into team building. Quick coordination, spontaneous teamwork, and a lot more competitiveness than expected. Zumba followed, and suddenly the whole group was moving together, no overthinking.

It was a simple start, but effective. Everyone loosened up before getting into the serious agenda.
