Plan A - Destination Event Planners

Directions Website

Bespoke event planning in Bali specialising in customised weddings and special occasions.

Plan A is a boutique events company that has been in operation since 2012. Started up by Tash Heyder, they specialise in bespoke events including weddings, pre-wedding festivities, birthdays, and more. Fluent in Indonesian and having lived in Indonesia for most, if not all of their lives, the Plan A team are here to make things easy. They take away any language or cultural barriers and try their best to make sure that your event is exactly as you imagined it to be. Plan A offer all their clients free choice of deciding exactly how they want to have their event to make it totally unique, and they do this by eliminating package offers. This means the client can choose how much or how little involvement they want from the team and in doing this, are always in control of their budget. Tash and her carefully picked team make a winning choice when choosing to have your special event in Bali. With their mix of skills and shared passion for bringing people together, they successfully mix professionalism, fun and the magic of Bali into your event.

Months of planning. Hundreds of emails. Last-minute changes. Because behind every perfectly planned wedding is a planner holding it all together with coffee, timelines, and pure determination.

Honestly, the documentary would probably have multiple seasons. 😂

Picture this: it’s your wedding day. The florals are exactly as you imagined, the timeline is running on time, a vendor issue just got solved and you have no idea any of it happened.

That’s not luck. That’s the job.
A planner and designer on your team means someone else is holding the full picture, every detail, every “what if,” every moving piece, so you’re free to actually be in the moment instead of managing it.

Not saying you need us but that’s kind of exactly what we’re saying!
Your only job on the day? Enjoy it. We’ll handle the rest.
