Last weekend I had the privilage to join Szabi's team (Panificio il Basilico) at a gourmet event in Tata. I wanted to get a taste of the large-scale gastronomy process so "Szabi the baker" kindely gave me an oportunity to challenge myself. Despite the cold as an aggravating circumstance we had a great and succesfull event. This weekend added a lot to my previous experiences so far, for which I am grateful to Szabi and of course to his excellent team.
