🇭🇺 Mi a különbség az anyakönyvvezető és a szertartásvezető között?
Az anyakönyvvezető egy hivatalos személy, aki a hazai jogszabályok alapján nélkülözhetetlen a házasság létrejöttéhez. Személye közigazgatási területhez van kötve, az esküvő helyszínétől függően a hivatal jelöli ki a pár számára. Igény szerint külső helyszínre is kimehet, azonban időben és gyakran térben is korlátozottak a lehetőségei. Amíg a hivatalban vagy házasságkötő teremben, hivatali időben a szertartás díjmentes, addig külső helyszínen ennek minden esetben külön díja van.
A szertartásvezető az anyakönyvvezetővel szemben egy nem hivatalos személy, önálló vállalkozás keretein belül foglalkozik párok összeadásával. Kedves, jó előadóképességgel rendelkezik, így gyönyörű szertartást tart bármilyen külső helyszínen, teljesen egyedi igényekre szabva. Hátránya, hogy érvényes házasságot nem jegyezhet be, ehhez csak az anyakönyvvezetőnek van joga Magyarországon. Bevett gyakorlat, hogy a házaspár elmegy az anyakönyvi hivatalba és megköti az államilag elismert házasságot, a nagy naphoz pedig egy szertartásvezetőt fogad.

The registrar is an official person who, based on domestic regulations, is essential for the registration of marriage. They are tied to administrative areas, and depending on the location of the wedding, designated by the local office. Upon request, they can also attend external venues, but your options are often limited in terms of time and location. While the ceremony is free of charge in the office or marriage hall during office hours, there is always an additional fee for ceremonies held at an external location.
In contrast, a wedding celebrant is an unofficial person who, within the framework of an independent business, deals with marrying couples. They are kind and have good presentation skills, allowing them to conduct a beautiful ceremony at any external location, completely tailored to unique preferences. The drawback is that they cannot register a valid marriage; only registrars have this right in Hungary. It is common practice for the couple to go to the registry office to officially solemnize their marriage, and then contract a wedding celebrant for the ceremony.
🇮🇹 Qual è la differenza tra l’ufficiale di stato civile e il celebrante di matrimonio?
L’ufficiale di stato civile è una persona ufficiale che, in base alle normative nazionali, è essenziale per la registrazione del matrimonio. È legato alle aree amministrative e, in base della location del matrimonio, è designato dall'ufficio locale. Su richiesta, può anche andare a luoghi esterni, ma le opzioni sono spesso limitate in termini di tempo e location. Mentre la cerimonia è gratuita nell'ufficio o nella sala per matrimoni durante l'orario di ufficio, c'è sempre un costo aggiuntivo per le cerimonie svolte in luoghi esterni.
Al contrario, un celebrante di matrimoni è una persona non ufficiale che si occupa di sposare le coppie. È gentile e ha buone capacità di presentazione, quindi è capace di condurre una bellissima cerimonia unica in qualsiasi luogo esterno, completamente in accordo con le vostre preferenze. Lo svantaggio è che non può registrare un matrimonio valido; solo gli ufficiali hanno questo diritto in Ungheria. È molto comune che la coppia si rechi all'ufficio di registrazione per ufficializzare il loro matrimonio e successivamente contratta un celebrante di matrimoni per la cerimonia.
