This photo perfectly captures what MTF Conference 2026 was all about.

Different backgrounds, different experiences, different areas of expertise but one shared vision for the future of football.

Standing together on the Dalmatinko Cup pitch, united as a team, reminds us that the biggest progress in football never comes from individuals alone. It comes from collaboration, trust, shared knowledge, and people willing to work together towards common goals.

Because the future of football is built collectively by those who believe in player development, stronger grassroots structures, innovation, education, and preserving the values that make this game so special.

On this field, where young players dream of their future, we were reminded that every meaningful change starts with teamwork.

Together, we can achieve more than football. ⚽❤️

One stage. One vision. One shared responsibility for the future of football.

Seeing all speakers together on the MTF Conference 2026 stage was a powerful reminder of what can happen when people with different experiences, backgrounds, and roles come together with the same purpose.

Beyond football itself, what connected everyone was a shared understanding that the game needs thoughtful leadership, strategic thinking, stronger development systems, and a more human approach to growth, especially when it comes to grassroots football and future generations of players.

The discussions throughout the conference showed that real progress in football comes from collaboration, openness, long-term vision, and the willingness to protect the values that give the game its true meaning.

MTF Conference was never only about ideas shared during the presentations.
It was about creating alignment between people who genuinely want to contribute, improve, and help shape a healthier future for football together.

Thank you to every speaker and participant who brought knowledge, passion, understanding, and authenticity to this journey. ⚽❤️

More than speakers. More than football.

MTF Conference 2026 brought together leaders, innovators, coaches, former players, and football professionals inside the historic Arena P**a with one shared vision — protecting the soul of football while building a better future for the game.

Over two unforgettable days, we discussed the future of player development, grassroots football, innovation, education, technology, sustainability, and the importance of preserving the heritage and values that make football the world’s most powerful sport.

What made this conference special was not only the knowledge shared on stage, but the passion, emotion, and common purpose shared by everyone involved.

MTF Conference was created to connect people who believe football should continue to grow without losing its humanity, identity, and original emotion.

Together, we are building a future where football development starts with people, community, education, and values.

Thank you to all speakers and participants for being part of this journey. ⚽❤️

Day 2 at More Than Football Conference 2026.

Less noise, more clarity.

Real value isn’t on stage — it’s in the conversations between people actually working in the game: academies, clubs, agents, analytics, and the business side of football.

Conferences don’t change football. People do — when they go back and execute.
