Seeing all speakers together on the MTF Conference 2026 stage was a powerful reminder of what can happen when people with different experiences, backgrounds, and roles come together with the same purpose.

Beyond football itself, what connected everyone was a shared understanding that the game needs thoughtful leadership, strategic thinking, stronger development systems, and a more human approach to growth, especially when it comes to grassroots football and future generations of players.

MTF Conference 2026 brought together leaders, innovators, coaches, former players, and football professionals inside the historic Arena P**a with one shared vision — protecting the soul of football while building a better future for the game.

Over two unforgettable days, we discussed the future of player development, grassroots football, innovation, education, technology, sustainability, and the importance of preserving the heritage and values that make football the world’s most powerful sport.

What made this conference special was not only the knowledge shared on stage, but the passion, emotion, and common purpose shared by everyone involved.

MTF Conference was created to connect people who believe football should continue to grow without losing its humanity, identity, and original emotion.

He is currently Director of Development at NK Istra 1961 and a Football Consultant at Double Pass, advising clubs and associations on talent development and sporting structure.

Previously, he held senior roles at NK Radomlje as Sports Director, and at HNK Hajduk Split as Assistant Sports Director and Youth Academy Deputy Director.

His expertise lies in youth development systems, sporting strategy, performance analysis, and organisational design in professional football.
