Dok zemlja danas dobiva prijeko potrebnu kišu, u Timaru pripremamo jela od onoga što nam ta ista zemlja daje.
Domaće namirnice, ljudi iz našeg kraja i proizvodnja kojoj vjerujemo dio su naše svakodnevice.
Hvala Jeri i svim našim lokalnim proizvođačima koji dijele istu filozofiju kao i mi – birati dobro, domaće i s razlogom.

Znamo i odakle dolazi. I to nam je jako bitno.

U Timaru biramo domaće proizvode, namirnice i suradnike koji dijele našu filozofiju.
Među njima je i Pršutana Reljanović iz Otavica, koju vodi Ante Reljanović – u svom kraju poznat i kao “kralj pršuta”. Ne samo zbog pršuta koji proizvodi, već i zbog predanosti očuvanju tradicije njegove proizvodnje u drniškom kraju.

Upravo takve namirnice želimo na svom jelovniku – domaće, kvalitetne i dostupne našim gostima svakoga dana.
Timar je otvoren za hotelske goste i sve koji nam dolaze na ručak, večeru ili piće.

The space that now houses Timar Cocktail Bar was originally envisioned as a hammam – a traditional Turkish bath within Maškovića Han.

Centuries later, its purpose has changed, but its story continues. Today, it is a place for cocktails, conversations and new memories within these historic walls.
