🍸 What happens when colleagues swap boardrooms for bar counters?

Our Cocktail Masters Team Building experience brought the team from Aspex Management together for an afternoon of teamwork, camaraderie, and friendly competition.

More than just cocktails, it was about building stronger connections, sharing memorable moments, and celebrating teamwork beyond the workplace. 🏆

Because great teams are built not only through work, but through the experiences they share together.

🥂 One challenge, countless conversations, and memories that will be talked about long after the last glass was served.

Hard to believe it’s been a year (5 Sept 2025) since we said goodbye to Roberto Gallotto. Starting back in 2013 during the Macau W**e & Dine Festivals, Roberto went from a brilliant collaborator to a close friend. He was an extraordinary sommelier, a polyglot, and a genuinely fascinating soul.
The entire team at smallWORLD Experience and DOC DMC Macau & Hong Kong holds his memory close to our hearts.
I miss him greatly.
Sending a hug to his dear wife, Joy (Ramitta Sophon).
Cheers to you in heaven, Roberto. 🍷❤️ See less

So proud to see our Connecting Bridges team building programme bringing Bai Xian Asia Institute’s motto, “Building Bridges Across Cultures”, to life.

Through teamwork, communication, and shared problem-solving, everyone came together to build more than a physical bridge, creating a shared experience of connection and collaboration.

We believe great team building should be fun, purposeful, and effective. That is why we design and customise each experience to fit the group, the objective, and the message behind the event.

Thank you, Bai Xian, for trusting us to support such an energetic and meaningful team building session.
