A simple recipe to start with:
15g coffee (fine grind)
160–180ml hot water
Brew on low heat and remove from the stove once the flow starts to pale and foam.
A steady, comforting cup for any easy morning.

中烘焙的咖啡豆其實幾適合用Moka pot 沖煮。
只要準備：
15g Blooms 咖啡粉（細研磨度）
160–180ml 熱水
用慢火沖煮，當咖啡液顏色開始變淡並出現泡沫時，即可移開火源。
係一杯穩定、舒服，又適合日常慢慢飲嘅味道。

Lion Rock Blend 為 中焙，整體口感厚實、平衡，帶有一種沉穩而實在嘅感覺。作為 espresso，會先感受到明顯嘅 合桃風味，味道濃郁、紮實。如果用 moka pot 沖煮，則會帶出 合桃、杏仁、花生醬 嘅堅果調性，尾韻伴隨一絲介乎 車厘子與蘋果之間 嘅柔和酸感。
