★★★★★ 創新、縝密交織的劇場鉅作 ──《Bakchormeeboy》劇評

「痛徹心扉卻又令人目不轉睛……一齣宏偉且扣人心弦的曠世鉅作。」──《衛報》(The Guardian)

★★★★★ An innovative, intricately woven work of theatre ── Bakchormeeboy

“Devastating viewing from which you can’t look away... A monumental, magnetic production.” ──The Guardian

When a haute couture house in Paris receives a coveted wedding gown commission from the British Royal Family, three teams of highly skilled craftspeople begin their work – spanning from Paris to the lace ateliers of Alençon and the embroidery workshops of Mumbai. Written and directed by Caroline Guiela Nguyen, LACRIMA is a demanding and expansive meditation on the dedication and passion that binds artisans to their craft, and the harrowing struggles and sacrifices the industry exacts in return.

Following its 2024 premiere LACRIMA has toured across London, New York, Sydney, Singapore and Amsterdam to widespread critical acclaim. The production now makes its long-awaited debut in Hong Kong. Tickets are on sale now!

Cathay・WestK Jazz Fest: A mesmerising experience blending Song Yi Jeon’s vocal with acoustic and electronic sound and visuals

A protégé of Grammy-winning jazz vocalist Dianne Reeves, Korean jazz vocalist and composer Song Yi Jeon’s work blends modern jazz harmonies and unusual time signatures with elements of classical music and traditional Korean sounds.

Joined by Jaehun Kang on piano and Paulo Almeida on drums, Jeon’s trio brings together diverse cultural backgrounds and artistic perspectives. Their sound is defined by creativity, improvisation, and the strong focal point of Jeon’s voice.

In collaboration with Hong Kong audiovisual artist Chi Him Chik, this intimate, cross-genre event layers the distinctive acoustic style of Jeon’s trio with Chik’s digital soundscapes, projections and interactive media, as well as a live saxophone performance adding a new voice to the trio’s improvisational dialogue.

Cathay・WestK Jazz Fest: JACE x Teriver — A joyride through six decades of Hong Kong sound!

Making her jazz festival debut this November, singer-songwriter JACE reunites with music director and jazz guitarist Teriver Cheung for a genre-crossing set inspired by her track BIG CARS.

Backed by a seven-piece band and arranged by Cheung, the set unfolds as one continuous journey – moving from Hong Kong pop’s golden age in the 1960s and 1970s through Cantopop’s heyday in the 1990s and 2000s, into JACE’s own songbook and brand-new material. Jazz, boss nova, soul, psychedelic rock and contemporary sounds flow freely across eras, casting old favourites in a fresh light while revealing new dimensions to JACE’s distinctive voice and electrifying stage presence.
