Now for our round of thanks 🥒🥒🥒

First and foremost, a million thanks to all the participating doujin circles, HKGD, and Mikanya 蜜柑屋 for joining this experimental event! Despite the unpredictable turnout, you were willing to take this leap of faith with us. Your beautifully decorated booths were stunning and we are beyond grateful for your support! 😭

Next, a huge thanks to our staff! Due to some arrangement hiccups, the 'Take Your Time' photo booth was almost confirmed at the last second. Our dedicated team managed to get everything ready within a single day! As for our hype team, they relied entirely on their improvisational skills to keep the energy up! You guys were amazing! 🥹

Aaaaaand to all our attendees: Thank you for your efforts to communicate in English and for following the event rules! We were even moved to tears seeing some of you proactively help us clean up when things got messy. 😭😭😭😭 We love you all!

We also want to thank the venue, MACYTM, for their full support before, during, and after the event! 🫶🫶🫶

Finally, thanks to Penana for helping us host the online Creative Challenge! We haven't picked the winners yet🤯We're heading there right now!!!

We're finally back! Here are our long-awaited closing remarks!

A huge thank you to everyone who attended 'Lifetime Memory Eng Only #01 Doujinshi Convention.' This was our second time organizing a doujinshi convention, and in many ways, the process was much smoother than our first event. However, because the local English-speaking doujin community is so fragmented, we found it challenging to reach more fellow fans despite constantly updating our advertising strategies🥲 Some circles only found out about us at the very last minute – we are so incredibly sorry for making you rush your booth preparations😭

In a way, an English-only convention is similar to themed 'Only' events that focus on a specific fandom. We've noticed that the local English-speaking community is growing, but people remain isolated: perhaps due to language barriers, hesitation to join Chinese-speaking conventions, or the cultural differences between English and Chinese communities🤣 Our goal was to gather the English doujin community to see what an English-centric convention would feel like, and more importantly, to ensure that none of you have to toil alone in the frozen tundra anymore🥲

The event was a huge success and we're so happy!! Though our wallets took a hit – we're down by about a dozen Gyu-Kaku Level E buffets🤕 We hope you'll continue to support us in our upcoming events so that we can make the next edition of the English-only convention happen!

Austin Station:
Starting from the pedestrian tunnel at Austin Station Exit A, take the Ferry Street (East) / Wai Ching Street exit to ground level. Proceed via Jordan Road and Battery Street.

Jordan Station:
Starting from Jordan Station Exit A, proceed via Jordan Road, Parkes Street, and Saigon Street.

Bus and Minibus:
Alight at the stops near the junction of Jordan Road and Nathan Road, walk to the intersection of Saigon Street and Battery Street.
