Hi Everyone, As mentioned in the Staff meeting our next two staff socials are 1. A staff dinner at a very nice outdoor Tai restaurant on November 16th which is next Friday. Then we have our Annual Staff Christmas Party December 14. There are several things (information) about the Christmas Party that you guys should know. They are as follows.
1. We are going to have it up on the Balcony at Annex 1 as we did last year.
2. As mentioned in the Staff meeting we are requesting some help in organizing the party. If you would like to help us please contact Jason.
3. We are going to do White Elephant again this year. If you would like to participate follow these rules.
a. keep the price within 100 to 150 hkd
b. Wrap the present but DO NOT put your name on it
C. Bring it to the party and put it underneath the tree.
For those who do not know what White Elephant game
is. White elephant is a game where we follow the rules above. Then we each pick a number out of a hat. The quantity of numbers depends on how many presents we have. Then the person who drew #1 would pick a present that is under the tree/open/and show it to everyone. Then the next person in numeric order picks a present (either stealing the present from #1 or from under the tree). Then the third person does the same. Either (by stealing a present from #1 or #2/ from the tree). Once a present is stolen 3 times it is that persons and no one can steal it. Someone from the social commitee will have little stickers to stick on the present to know how many times it is stolen.
