📌所有觀眾可於17:00 從指定入口入場。
📌所有觀眾進場前，須接受手提袋檢查。請預留充足時間進場。

📌演唱會公告
1. 請在進場前細讀下列「嚴禁攜帶進場的物品清單」。
2. 所有觀眾進場前，須接受手提袋檢查。
3. 嚴禁攜帶長傘進場。建議各位有需要使用雨傘的觀眾攜帶可折疊式雨傘，請把雨傘收進你的手提袋或膠袋裡。嚴禁在場館範圍內打開雨傘。
4. 基於安全理由，嚴禁攜帶各類型的椅子進入場館範圍內。

📌Concert Announcement
1. Please carefully read the below “List of Prohibited Items” before entering the venue.
2. All audiences must undergo a bag inspection before entering the venue.
3. Long umbrellas are strictly prohibited. Audiences who bring umbrellas are advised to bring foldable ones which should be stored in your bags or plastic bags. Opening umbrellas inside the venue is prohibited.
4. For safety reasons, all types of chairs are prohibited inside the venue.
5. Any kind of live broadcasting, professional photography, audio recording and video recording are prohibited inside the venue. Violators may have their equipment confiscated and be asked to leave the venue without re-entry.
6. Entering the seating area is not allowed during the performance. Please follow the instructions of the venue staff if you would like to re-enter the venue.
7. Please refrain from throwing anything toward the stage.
8. Smoking is prohibited inside the venue.
9. Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the venue.
10.Baggage storage service is available at the Baggage Storage Counter.
11. The artist will not accept any gifts from fans or audiences in any form.
12. No photography or video recording allowed during the Hi-Bye event.
13. No glass bottles, aluminum cans, reusable bottles and thermos flasks are allowed inside the venue hall. All bottled drinks must have caps or lids removed before entering.
14. Articles or bags exceeding the dimensions of 38 cm x 30 cm x 20 cm (15" x 12" x 8") are strictly prohibited inside the venue.

Q: How can I access the GLLIT MEMBERSHIP (GLOBAL) PRESALE?
A: To participate in the GLLIT MEMBERSHIP (GLOBAL) PRESALE, you must have registered at Weverse between May 26, 2026 (Tue) 12PM (HKT) and June 1, 2026 (Mon) 12PM (HKT).

Q: When does the GLLIT MEMBERSHIP (GLOBAL) PRESALE start, and what is the ticketing platform?
A: From 2PM to 11:59PM on 10 June, 2026 (Wed) via Cityline. Only online booking is available. Please ensure you have logged in to Cityline before making a purchase.

Q: What information do I need to enter for the GLLIT MEMBERSHIP (GLOBAL) PRESALE?
A: Please enter your 11-digit GLLIT MEMBERSHIP (GLOBAL)number, which is inclusive of all letters and numbers without any spacing (E.g. SC123456789) as your PRESALE code.

A: GLLIT MEMBERSHIP (GLOBAL) PRESALE: Each membership can only be used to make ONE transaction and can purchase up to 4 tickets per transaction.
GENERAL ONSALE: Up to 4 tickets per transaction.

Q: Wheelchair seats are suitable for whom?
A: Wheelchair seat tickets are designated for persons who use wheelchairs for mobility and their accompanying support persons. When purchasing wheelchair seat tickets, each wheelchair user is entitled to purchase a maximum of one support person at the same time. Wheelchair seat ticket holders must present proof of mobility difficulties* upon demand during admission. Those who fail to present the proof will be denied entry without a refund. Proof of mobility difficulties means a “Registration Card for People with Disabilities” (Physical Disability) or other valid medical documentation showing physical disability or mobility difficulties.

A: Wheelchair seat tickets are only available at the Cityline telephone booking hotline during GENERAL ONSALE. Q: When are the physical tickets available for collection?

Purchase via Cityline : All physical tickets will only be made available and issued FROM 12PM, 5 August 2026 (Wed) ONWARDS. For those who purchase tickets through Cityline, please input the Redeem Code & Redeem Password of your order to redeem tickets at a nearby Cityline Ticketing Kiosk at your earliest convenience. For patrons who choose courier or locker service, they will receive tickets from 5 August 2026 (Wed) ONWARDS.

Purchase via Damai: Damai will send physical tickets by post around one week before the concert.
