Tokyo through my lens.
After a few visits to the city I find myself coming to terms with the noise and chaos of Tokyo a little bit more, a city where you can quite easily be overwhelmed and overstimulated by everything going on. I’ve spent a long time over the past few weeks obsessing on capturing and freezing little moments of that chaos in my camera. I was lucky to go to many summer festivities across the city and capture the amazing energy of the locals here. As ever, I want to create imagery that is unique and original, avoiding copy cat instagram cliches and IG spots. When I go out to shoot, it’s true exploration and how I react to my surroundings is a culmination of my experience as a photographer in many different fields. Ultimately I aim for my work to give you a true sense of place. These are some of my first selects from my trip, got more to come. Let me know which you like in the comments πŸ‡―πŸ‡΅
