為了能順利接收系統通知，登記時請預留充足的時間輸入個人資料，送出前請再次確認每位登記者資料填寫正確無誤。
抽選結果發表將於2025年6月20日12:00起，Ticketflap售票系統會針對中選者陸續發送繳款連結，並以E-MAIL方式通知中選。

結果公布：2025年6月20日12:00起陸續發送EMAIL通知，所有中選電郵會於當日完成發送

登記抽選門票方法
※本活動採取實名制登記，將根據登記訂單進行實名抽選。每個帳號最多只可登記兩張票券。
※此活動使用實名制。購買每張門票均須獨立輸入與入場人士之身份證明文件或護照所顯示完全相同的英文全名（須按照下列格式規定）、以及符合要求的身份證明文件或護照號碼首4位字母或數字（範例：A123），以便入場時供主辦單位核實觀眾身份。
港澳居民 - 請輸入身份證號碼首4位字母或數字
大陸居民 - 請輸入來往港澳通行證首4位字母或數字
海外居民 - 請輸入護照首4位字母或數字
姓名 - 必須符合下列輸入格式規定：
1. 只限輸入英文全名（拉丁字母）（其他文字恕不接受，如：中文）
2. 姓氏先行，然後輸入其他名字
3. 名字之間須以空格隔開
（範例：CHAN TAI MAN）
※身份證明文件 - 必須符合下列證件要求：
1. 須為政府發出、有個人照片及有獨有證件編號之有效身份證明文件（例如：身份證、護照）。以下類別證件將不獲接受：任何學生證、沒有照片之駕駛執照、信用卡、會員卡等。
2. 輸入格式規定：上述有效身份證明文件號碼的首4位字母或數字（範例：A123）。
※每個證件號碼僅限登記一次，無法重複登記，如有證件重覆將會自動取消資格，恕不作另行通知。請注意保護個人資料，請勿洩露給他人，以免個人權益受損。
※不論以主抽選者或同行者身份，每人只可以登記抽選一次。若閣下已經作為主抽選者或同行者參與抽選，閣下所有其後的抽選登記(不論以主抽者或同行者身份參與)將會全部被取消(即該抽選登記之主抽者及同行者都會被取消)。
※系統列印票券時，將連同參加者的「證件姓名」及「證件號碼」。登記時請務必確認每位參加者資料填寫正確，若資料填寫不全或不符以上規定，會視同放棄登記抽選。
※如門票上的姓名或證件號碼跟身份證明文件不符，工作人員將拒絕持票人進場。如觀眾因任何登記資料輸入錯誤而被工作人員拒絕入場，所有門票均不設退款。
注意事項
※實名制購票規定
本活動採取實名制售票，購票前務必詳閱售票網站上的公告內容及購票辦法，以免自身權益受損。
為落實實名制相關購票規定及保障所有參與者之權益，實名制票券的參加者「證件姓名」、「證件號碼」如填寫有誤，將不受理任何形式之資料變更申請，請務必確認實名制資料無誤後再進行結帳。如因資料錯誤無法入場，主辦單位及Ticketflap概不負責。
成功登記人士將會收到電郵確認已登記抽選。
中選人士將會收到電郵確認及付款連結，請確保於通知期內檢查郵箱及垃圾郵件，如因個人失誤而未能於付款期限前付款，恕未能作出任何補償。
落選人士將不會收到任何通知。
如果閣下登記門票數量為2，將會安排相連序號/座位。抽選期間序號/座位編號將由系統隨機自動分配。系統將自動配以選擇票價的最合適區域及相連座位。若當下已無相連座位，系統會分配符合選擇張數的不相連座位。
門票會在演出前三日（2025/11/22）派發到中選者Ticketflap帳戶內。
※違規行為與處置
若經發現有重複實名制購票者，主辦單位將有權取消重複實名制之本人該場次中所有票券。
若有冒用他人資料登記者，主辦單位及Ticketflap有權取消該登記訂單，視同放棄抽選資格。
請注意保護個人資料，請勿洩露給陌生人或代購業者，以免權益受損。
是次實名購票成功後不設更改票券任何資料。
※其他注意事項
如門票於抽選期間全部配售完畢，是次演出將不設公開發售。
本活動為實名制售票，將嚴格執行實名制購票相關辦法，敬請留意。
此活動採實名制入場，活動當天請務必攜帶票券及身分證正本，於入口處出示給工作人員進行身分證及實名驗票，以便入場快速驗查，未攜帶有效身分證件或資料不符者不得入場。外籍人士請攜帶護照。證件請攜帶「實體」，不接受任何截圖或照片。若持票人身分證號與系統入場人資料不符，將無法進場。
此活動之門票須實名登記，請勿將訂單資料、票券或 QR Code 任意公開或提供給第三方。
個人資料只用作是次抽選用途，中選者資料會保留到活動結束後銷毀，未獲中選者資料將於全數門票配售完畢後銷毀。
針對部分案件可能缺乏證據或以解除疑慮的情況，現場將會進行另外的身分確認，才允許入場。
活動期間嚴禁使用任何器材攝影、錄影、錄音、直播或使用閃光燈。如經查獲，現場工作人員有權立即刪除本場活動的影音資料。

Ticket Sales will adopt a real-name lottery system, with registration open from 12:00 on June 12, 2025, to 23:59 on June 15, 2025 (HKT)!
If you are hoping to participate in the lottery, please don’t miss the registration period!
To ensure smooth receipt of system notifications, please allocate sufficient time to enter your personal information during registration. Before submitting, double-check that all registrant details are filled in correctly.
Lottery results will be announced starting from 12:00 on June 20, 2025. Ticketflap ticketing system will gradually send payment links to selected winners and notify them via email.
Real-Name Lottery Registration
Registration Period: 12:00 on June 12, 2025 – 23:59 on June 15, 2025 (HKT)
Result Announcement: Email notifications will be sent gradually starting from 12:00 on June 20, 2025. All winner emails will be sent out on the same day.
Payment Period: From the time the confirmation email is received on June 20, 2025, until 23:59 on June 22, 2025 (HKT)

Lottery Ticket Registration Process
This event uses a real-name registration system. The lottery will be conducted based on registered orders. Each account can register for a maximum of two tickets.
This event requires real-name registration. Each ticket requires the full name shown exactly on the identity document or passport of the attendee (Must fulfill the below listed format requirements) and the first 4 characters or digits of the eligible identity document or passport number (e.g. A123), as to facilitate the identity checking conducted by the organizer at entry.
Hong Kong and Macau Residents: Enter the first 4 letters or numbers of your ID card.
Mainland China Residents: Enter the first 4 letters or numbers of your Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau.
Overseas Residents: Enter the first 4 letters or numbers of your passport.
Name - Must fulfill the below input format requirements:
1. English full name (or latin characters) only (Other characters are not accepted, such as - Chinese characters)
2. Input Surname first, then followed by other names
3. Insert a space between each name
(Example: SMITH JOHN PETER)
Identity document - Must fulfill the below requirements::
Identity document must be valid, issued by government, with personal photo and unique document number (Example: ID card or passport). The following documents will not be accepted: Any student card, driving licence without photo, credit card, membership card, etc.
Input format requirement: the first 4 characters or digits of the listed eligible identity document number (e.g. A123).
Each identification number can only be registered once. Duplicate registrations are not allowed. If a duplicate is detected, eligibility will be automatically canceled without further notice. Please protect your personal information and do not disclose it to others to avoid compromising your rights.
Each person can only register for the lottery once, whether as the Applicant or dependant.
If you have already registered as a primary applicant or dependant, all subsequent registrations (whether as primary or dependant) will be canceled.
When tickets are printed, the system will include the participant’s “document name” and “document number.” During registration, ensure all participant information is correct. Incomplete or incorrect information that does not comply with the above requirements will be considered a forfeit of the lottery registration.
If the name or document number on the ticket does not match the identification document, staff will refuse entry to the ticket holder. If attendees are denied entry due to errors in registration information, no refunds will be issued for any tickets.
Important Notes
Real-Name Ticketing Rules
This event adopts a real-name ticketing system. Please carefully read the announcements and ticketing procedures on the ticketing website to avoid compromising your rights.
To enforce real-name ticketing rules and protect all participants’ rights, no changes to participant “document name” or “document number” will be accepted under any circumstances. Please ensure all real-name information is correct before completing the transaction. The organizer and Ticketflap are not responsible for entry denials due to incorrect information.
Successfully registered individuals will receive an email confirming their lottery registration.
Selected winners will receive an email confirmation and payment link. Please check your inbox and spam folder during the notification period. No compensation will be offered if payment is not completed before the deadline due to personal error.
Unsuccessful applicants will not receive any notification.
If you register for two tickets, consecutive queuing numbers/seats will be arranged. Queuing numbers/seats will be automatically assigned by the system during the tickets ballot period. The system will follow the preset logic to scan from the default preferred seat to select appropriate location of the available seats matching the required quantity.
Tickets will be distributed to winners’ Ticketflap accounts three days before the event (November 22, 2025).
Violations and Handling
If duplicate real-name registrations are detected, the organizer reserves the right to cancel all tickets for that person for the event.
If someone is found to have registered using another person’s information, the organizer and Ticketflap reserve the right to cancel the registration order, which will be considered a forfeit of lottery eligibility.
Please protect your personal information and do not disclose it to strangers or ticket agents to avoid compromising your rights.
No changes to ticket information will be allowed after successful real-name registration.
Other Notes
If all tickets are allocated during the lottery period, there will be no public sale for this event.
This event strictly enforces real-name ticketing rules. Please pay attention to the ticketing procedures.
When attending the event, please bring both your ticket and original government-issued photo ID. Our staff will verify IDs and identities at the entrance to ensure a smooth entry process. Please note that we cannot admit anyone without proper ID or if the registration details don't match. Special verification applies to:- International attendees: Please bring your passport.
The tickets for this event require real-name registration. Please do not publicize your order details or the QR Code, or transfer the ticket to any third party.
Personal information will only be used for this lottery. Winners’ data will be retained until the event concludes and then destroyed. Non-winners’ data will be destroyed after all tickets are allocated.
In cases where verification is required due to lack of evidence or concerns, identity confirmation will be conducted on-site before allowing entry.
Photography, videotaping, audio recording, live streaming and the use of flashing lights are strictly prohibited. If found, the staff has the right to delete the audio and video materials of the event immediately.
