Creative Technology Hong Kong is looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator to join our team and help us achieve our growth goals.

Brief responsibilities and qualifications of the role:
• Support the Projects team with general administrative tasks
• Work closely with clients on event content, planning, and logistics
• Oversee the entire pre-event process to meet project objectives
• Coordinate on-site ex*****on, including management of third-party vendors
• College/University preferred
• Fluent in English and Cantonese (additional Asian languages advantageous)
• Proficiency in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required (knowledge in Photoshop, Sketch-Up, Auto-CAD, and other design applications is advantageous)

The 20th Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition was held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai from 18th – 27th April, with over 1,000 automotive manufacturer and parts exhibitors from 20 countries and regions showcasing their latest products and technologies.

This 10-day exhibition, now arguably the world’s largest and most premier in its class, is set to attract more than 1 million visitors over 360,000-square-meters of exhibition space.

CT provided technical services for the following clients: Audi, BMW, Mini, Rolls Royce, Mercedes, Porsche, NIO, Lamborghini, Polestar and ZF

Creative Technology delivered seamless technical solutions with the following key numbers on this one single show:

7,000 – meters of network cable used
6,100 – meters of trussing provided
3241 – lights installed across all stands
810 – square meters of high-performance and high-resolution LED across all stands
730 – number of crew deployed on site throughout the set up & show
488 – number of D&B speakers used
386 – number of electric chain hoists used
22 – Pixera Servers provided
18 – number of Barco E2’s
18 – number of 4K-projectors deployed
(36,000 – number of steps taken in the exhibition space by one of our crew)

As a true testament to Creative Technology’s credo “Global Reach, Local Touch”, this endeavor was possibly the largest ever by one any one single service provider at this show, with much of it done with our local resources, and strongly supported by our global offices to realize a truly successful delivery.
