During Guyana’s Independence weekend I baked pinetarts entering the Taste of Caribbean Food Festival’s bake off.

While I didn’t win, the pine tarts received great reviews and I was so proud to showcase Guyana’s cuisine in the UK.

Hey there! I’m Rhea, home-based, self-taught baker.

I started SweetEats by Rhea in 2015 with the aim of providing customized baked goods (cakes, cupcakes, cookies and cinnamon buns) for individuals catering for special events such as birthdays, anniversaries etc. I have always been an avid baker, everything that I currently make, I taught myself at home.

Baked goods have always brought people together, they represent joy and celebration. I hope to make you happier with my baked goodies always baked from scratch and with love.
