Your photographs will be some the only tangible items from your wedding day or other event. Make sure that you research the photographer. Check out their page, website and ask around about their client interface. More importantly have a meeting and tell them your vision for your photographs. Make sure that you get the standard photographs like dress shots, family shots but get romantic and artistic. You'll thank yourself for it for years.
