A first glimpse into our annual dinner.
“Rooted in Santorini”.🍅
Canava Lignos became our canvas — transformed into a tribute to the Santorini that existed long before the photographs. Every detail chosen with intention. Every object carrying a story. The old tomato paste cans, the textures, the light — nothing was decorative for the sake of it.
Ingredients grown from volcanic soil. Recipes passed down without ever being written. Flavours that taste like memory even the first time you try them.
We didn’t recreate the past. We honoured it — at the table, in the details, in the way the evening felt from the very first moment guests walked through the door.
Some places remember. Some evenings remind.🤍
