They came from Marseille and chose this venue because it reminded them of the South of France - that sun-soaked beauty, that ease, sensuality, that feeling of a long warm evening that you never want to end. One of Crete’s greatest gifts is this extraordinary variety of landscapes - so many different faces of the Mediterranean all at once - wild, elegant, earthy, warm.

Don’t let the weather steal your wedding day 🙏🏻

When you’ve been planning for a year or more, it’s only natural to dream of perfection. Golden sunsets, a calm Aegean Sea, soft light, everything just as you imagined.
⠀
And then the sun hides behind clouds. The wind rises to a strong 5 Beaufort. A Sahara breeze brings heat and dust.
Or simply, rain.

If we could plan the weather, we would always choose 24°C, a gentle sea breeze, and light that makes everything glow. We can’t control it, but we can guide the day through it.

We stay by your side, adjust every detail, and make sure
you still receive the very best of a day you’ve been dreaming about.

On Megan and Chad’s wedding day the forecast looked clear, yet as dinner came to an end, rain arrived. Enough to shift the atmosphere and call for quick decisions.
We moved the celebration to the villa inside, and thanks to DJ Aristotle, Leftheris from Alchemist, and decorators from @ everything was beautifully reinstalled under the pergola in no time.

And then something truly special unfolded. Megan and Chad, together with their guests, began dancing in the rain. Freely, joyfully, like children. The moment felt alive, you could forget this feeling )

Meghan gave us such a beautiful example of how wedding fashion can tell a story.

For her day, she chose several looks. A getting ready outfit, a ceremony dress, an Indian sari to honour her heritage and the culture she feels connected to, and a look for the party. And Meghan is a true fashion girl - a TikTok creator with a real eye for style - so naturally, every look was thoughtfully chosen.

A wedding needs meaning you can see. Without rituals and atmosphere, it can easily feel like just another party. Weddings may follow a similar structure, but it’s the meaning in the details that makes each one unique.

That’s why decor matters so much. It helps express the purpose of the gathering, shape the feeling of the day, and make the celebration personal.

At the same time, planning and decoration are not the same job. You cannot manage a complex multi-day celebration and execute decor at the highest level all at once. As planners, we’re always happy to be part of the concept creation, but the decor itself should be brought to life by a professional team.

When we opened Meg and Chad’s wedding gallery from their October celebration in Crete, we were completely overwhelmed, in the best way possible. So many beautiful photos, and honestly, no idea where to begin. This was truly one of those weddings where the photographers met their perfect muse , a bride who loves to be photographed. Meg genuinely enjoyed every moment.

So yes, we’ll probably be spamming your feed a little, because even it was an intimate wedding, these photos are just too good not to share. And where better to start than with their pre-wedding dinner session.

It took place at Periplus Restaurant, in the Old Harbour of Chania — a beautiful spot by the water, just far enough from the busy tourist crowds. Amazing food, a relaxed atmosphere, and the simplest details done so perfectly. Minimal styling, and guests who truly became the best decoration of the evening.
