Dear ECM9 Participants,
We would like to thank those who have submitted the transfer reservation form on the ECM9 website! Your responses have been invaluable in helping us plan the bus transfer schedules from Athens Airport to Patras and vice versa.
Based on the information received, we have scheduled the following transfers:

Each bus departure has been planned to accommodate the majority of participants.

Completing this form ensures that your seat is reserved for a smooth and hassle-free transfer.
Note: If you are submitting the form also on behalf of other persons that will accompany you (e.g. family members), only one form submission is needed. Simply indicate the total number of requested seats and their details in the "Notes" section of the form so we can account for them in the seating arrangements.
🚍 Return Transfers on April 4:
Initially, we had not scheduled transfers for April 4 due to limited
requests. However, if there is sufficient interest, the ECM9 organizing committee may arrange additional transfers. If you require a transfer on this date, please indicate your preference in the form, and we will notify you as soon as possible if a transfer is confirmed.
