What if the future of luxury weddings isn’t more — but less?

No cut flowers. No excess. No traditional floral installations designed simply to fill a space.

Instead, one thousand candles.

The entire celebration was built around light, atmosphere and intention — creating something deeply immersive without relying on abundance.

It was sustainable by design, minimalist in its language, and unapologetically different.

Not an attempt to redefine the wedding.
A question of whether it’s time we did.

Perhaps this is what the next era of weddings looks like: less consumption, more intention. Less decoration, more emotion. Less of what is expected, and more of what is unforgettable.

We called it the One Thousand Candles Wedding.

Maybe, years from now, we’ll look back at it and recognize it as the beginning of something.

Every table was dedicated to a person they love, a place they have travelled to, a feeling they have shared, a chapter of the life they built together.

And somehow, that is what made this wedding so extraordinary. It wasn’t a celebration designed around a couple.

For this family, Kefalonia has always been more than a destination. It is home to generations of stories, traditions and moments that shaped who they are. It was only natural that their little girl’s baptism would take place here.

From the very beginning, we envisioned a celebration that felt quiet, meaningful and effortlessly beautiful. Minimal in its design, earthy in its palette, with delicate fairy-like details that blended seamlessly into the landscape.

Instead of cut flowers, we chose living plants that became part of the decoration for the day and were later gifted to every guest to take home. A small but heartfelt gesture, allowing a piece of this celebration to continue growing long after the last embrace.

Hand-printed canvases bearing her initials became another lasting keepsake, thoughtfully created for everyone who shared this milestone with the family.

Every detail had a purpose. Every element carried meaning. And that is what made this project so special to us.
