PK, a Greek American visionary from West Virginia, is a man of vision, he completed his education as an Electrician Mechanic and preceding a series of high-end distinguished positions in the industry within US & abroad, such as Lloyds. He returned to Greece in 1997 to establish his company Future Lightning, which offered expertise in every aspect of the Electrical Construction Industry. Arleen Zafirakis boasts over 20 years of expertise in event production, having held prestigious roles such as Congress Director for a leading Professional Congress Organizers (PCO) company in Greece and in New York City with Travel One & American Express Corporate Travel Services (contracted by SBC Warburg Dillon Read & New York Life Insurance Company). In 2011, Arleen took the entrepreneurial leap, founding Proelectro Event Production—a comprehensive entity addressing diverse event needs, spanning branding, management, exhibition, audiovisual services, special constructions, and more. During that time, Arleen met PK marking the genesis of Proelectro LTD, where innovation, evolution, cutting-edge technology investment, full-line in-house production, and a pioneering mindset are integral facets of the company's ethos and priorities. From Athens to London, another milestone successfully delivered.

We were honored to once again undertake the production and ex*****on of the ReBrain Greece London event, organized by the Greek Ministry of Labour and Social Security at the Hilton London Metropole on May 9th, bringing together more than 35 leading Greek business groups and highly skilled Greek professionals from across the United Kingdom.

This initiative continues to evolve into a flagship international platform with a meaningful national mission: reconnecting Greek talent abroad with the future opportunities emerging in Greece.

We are especially proud for the trust placed in PROELECTRO once again by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, as well as by all our partners and participating organizations who contributed to this important initiative.

Executing a high-level international event of this scale requires more than production excellence. It requires alignment, commitment, precision, and shared vision.

Another international event successfully wrapped in Athens. ✨

For the RSMM EMEA event of Sika, hosted at Divani Apollon Palace & Thalasso in Kavouri, our team delivered the full venue branding and complete audiovisual production of the event.

From the stage setup featuring a custom backdrop with vinyl canvas and LED wall integration, to the branding details spread throughout the venue, every element was designed to create a seamless and impactful experience for attendees.

Another project completed with precision, creativity, and teamwork — and many more ahead. 🚀

For the third year in a row, our team had the joy of contributing to the 72nd Kifissia Flower Show, creating the main entrance arches and cashier points, fully designed and branded to reflect this year’s concept, colors, and floral spirit.

Creating experiences that start from the very first step.

For the annual event of Align Technology (Spiro / Align) at the Grand Hyatt Athens, we delivered the full branding and spatial transformation of the venue — turning it into a bold and immersive brand environment.

Guests entered through a custom illuminated arch, crafted with LED strips and mirror plexiglass, setting the tone from the very beginning. Inside, we designed and built interactive working stations for product showcasing, while every surface — from signage to full coverings — was carefully branded to ensure a seamless and consistent experience throughout the space.

Projects like this reflect what we do best: end-to-end event production, combining construction, branding, and audiovisual solutions into one cohesive result.

From March 22–27 at the Divani Caravel, we had the pleasure of delivering complete audiovisual production for a truly engaging and inspiring event. Covering a main conference room and 7 breakout sessions, along with full coverage of the entertainment moments, we ensured every detail came to life — professionally and creatively.

This event had it all — meaningful engagement, insightful discussions, and standout experiences — and we were honored to support it with seamless AV ex*****on from start to finish.

A look back at SSWC 2026 – the 9th Systemic Sclerosis World Congress in Athens.

An international meeting that brought together experts from around the world — and a production that came to life through precision, coordination, and teamwork behind the scenes.

In collaboration with AIM Group International, PROELECTRO delivered the full event production at Megaron Athens International Conference Centre (MAICC). From the complete setup and operation of multiple scientific halls — powered by 20+ dedicated technicians and full audiovisual systems — to the seamless flow of a demanding scientific program.

At the same time, we managed the entire exhibition and logistics, designed the poster area hosting 450+ presentations, and enhanced the venue with comprehensive branding and signage to shape a clear and engaging experience for every participant.

When history meets contemporary design.

For this event, together with our partners we’ve developed an installation concept where ancient Greek statues stood in dialogue with minimal illuminated frames, creating a striking contrast between classical heritage and modern aesthetics. Our role was to materialize the concept and execute the installations, bringing the structures to life while carefully shaping the lighting around them.

The result was a balanced visual moment where classical forms and clean contemporary lines met through light.

We are proud to have delivered SSWC 2026 – the 9th Systemic Sclerosis World Congress in Athens, an important international scientific meeting that brought together clinicians, researchers, and experts from around the world to exchange knowledge and discuss the latest developments in systemic sclerosis research and patient care.

PROELECTRO, in collaboration once again with , undertook the full event production at Megaron Athens International Conference Centre (MAICC). Our team managed the complete setup and operation of the scientific halls, supported by more than 20 dedicated technicians who ensured the smooth flow of the scientific program throughout the congress. Each hall was equipped with full audiovisual infrastructure, allowing presentations, discussions, and sessions to run seamlessly.

Beyond the conference rooms, we also handled the full exhibition management and logistics, as well as the poster area where more than 450 scientific posters were presented. At the same time, the venue was enhanced with extensive branding and signage, creating a clear and engaging environment for all participants.

This marked our first international congress for 2026, and many more are already ahead for the year. Stay tuned!
