At our Souvlaki Cooking Class at the Mykonian Farm, you’ll get hands-on with every part of the process — preparing and marinating the meat, working with fresh ingredients, making authentic tzatziki (with a little friendly competition, of course!), and finally grilling and wrapping your own souvlaki.
