Designing the Conversation

We love transforming spaces to create the right setting for every event — with an understanding of the event's needs and flow of actions.

For this event at CapsuleT Accelerator, on the occasion of International Women’s Day, RSVP reimagined the panel as a dynamic exchange inspired by the energy of the startup ecosystem.

Three female founders — Dafni Tsevreni (), Elissavet Karatza () and Katerina Kamtsi () — each took their own stage, encouraging dialogue over a traditional format.

Guided by Katerina Saridaki, the discussion unfolded in a fast, natural rhythm, creating an engaging and interactive flow.

The conversation was enriched by the presence of Minister of Tourism, Olga Kefalogianni, who highlighted the importance of innovation and digital transformation, and Alexandros Vassilikos, President of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels, who emphasized the role of women in hospitality and the support of entrepreneurship through CapsuleT Accelerator.

Through thoughtful stage design, structure and flow, the panel became an interactive storytelling moment — bringing female entrepreneurism to the forefront.

THE POST-EVENT EFFECT

Τι είναι αυτό που μένει μετά από μια εκδήλωση;

Πέρα από τα συναισθήματα, τις αναμνήσεις, τις στιγμές που μένουν με τους ανθρώπους πολύ μετά το τέλος της βραδιάς… υπάρχει και ένα άλλο είδος αποτυπώματος. Λιγότερο ορατό, αλλά εξίσου σημαντικό.

Στην RSVP, ο σχεδιασμός βιώσιμων εκδηλώσεων με θετικό αντίκτυπο στην κοινωνία δεν αποτελεί μια νέα κατεύθυνση. Είναι μέρος της φιλοσοφίας μας εδώ και χρόνια - διαμορφώνοντας τον τρόπο με τον οποίο σχεδιάζουμε και υλοποιούμε κάθε εμπειρία.

Σήμερα, κάνουμε ένα ακόμη βήμα.

Ανοίγουμε τη συζήτηση σε ολόκληρο το οικοσύστημα των εκδηλώσεων - από εταιρικές εκδηλώσεις και συνέδρια έως κοινωνικές διοργανώσεις, όπως γάμοι και βαφτίσεις - με στόχο τη δημιουργία ενός κοινού πλαισίου σκέψης και δράσης, που θα ενισχύσει τον θετικό αντίκτυπο των εκδηλώσεων στην κοινωνία και το περιβάλλον.

Είμαστε ιδιαίτερα χαρούμενοι που συμμετέχουμε στο ειδικό ESG αφιέρωμα της Εφημερίδας των Συντακτών, συμβάλλοντας σε έναν διάλογο που έχει πραγματική σημασία.

Women, Innovation & Hospitality

How did you celebrate International Women’s Day this March?

RSVP designed and produced an event hosted by the Ministry of Tourism and the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels at Capsule T Accelerator inviting female leaders from the tourism sector, members of the startup ecosystem and institutional representatives. The event highlighted the role of women in innovation, entrepreneurship and the development of the tourism ecosystem, with particular emphasis on travel tech, as well as the challenges and opportunities women face in the sector.

With the participation of the Minister of Tourism, Olga Kefalogianni and the President of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels, Alexandros Vassilikos, the event created space for meaningful discussions and exchange of ideas.

RSVP designed the experience around three interconnected themes: women empowerment, innovation and hospitality.

Three women start-uppers took the stage to share their journeys through a dynamic discussion format, while technology became part of the event narrative: AI hostesses checked-in guests following the warm welcome of our hostesses, a robot offered flowers to female attendees, and a structured on-screen Q&A guided the conversation.

From concept development to layout and experience design, as well as overall event production and flow, RSVP shaped an evening that celebrated women who dare take an innovative lead in tourism.

Art, Hospitality & the Future of Greece

RSVP supported the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels in the final stage of a truly meaningful initiative: the 1st Panhellenic Competition “Drawing Hospitality,” held among pupils across Greece.

Beyond the awards ceremony at the Cotsen Hall amphitheatre in central Athens, followed by lunch and games in the beautiful gardens of the Gennadius Library, RSVP curated and executed a full weekend of experiences for the 18 young winners, their families, and teachers. From nationwide travel and accommodation to joyful moments of connection, we ensured seamless logistics, warm hospitality, and unforgettable memories throughout.

The two-day celebration brought together government officials, educators, tourism leaders, and proud families to honour the young artists whose work captured the spirit of Greek hospitality - warmth, generosity, empathy - through colour and imagination.

This special event also marked the Chamber’s 90th anniversary and reaffirmed its commitment to nurturing the next generation’s vision of hospitality.

We were honoured to be entrusted with such a meaningful and sensitive project. Events involving children call for creativity, attentiveness, and deep respect—and moments like these remind us why we love what we do.

🚐 More than a food caravan. A moving concept.

It may have caught everyone’s eye at the recent après-ski party, but the Food Caravan has already earned its place as one of most adaptable and vibe-driven event experiences.

Designed by RSVP and unique in Greece, it’s the only fully modular food caravan that can be set up even in places where traditional food trucks can’t go, including indoor venues and hard-to-access locations (subject to prior access inspection).

The Caravan is a fully customizable mobile kitchen that adapts to any concept - from alpine street food to Asian fusion, Mediterranean comfort, BBQ, a result of creative collaborations with renowned chefs, established caterers and local providers.

And since two caravans are available, you can go bigger, feature dual menus, or create different zones within the same event.

It has supported menus ranging from refined corporate events to bold private celebrations - and can now become the stage that upgrades your pitta-cutting event.

🎿An après ski themed 50th birthday celebration filled with good vibes, close friends, laughter, toasts, dancing, a surprise, love and joy just before the Christmas holidays.

☕️🍷🔥🕯️Glühwein, hot chocolate, and a signature Candy Cane 50 cocktail set the mood for an outdoor celebration amid winter, with fire pits glowing throughout the space, beanies and cozy blankets at the ready, and alpine-inspired décor softened by candlelight. The result was a warm, inviting atmosphere despite the season. After all, at 50, taking risks comes naturally - and after years of stressing over the weather for our clients’ events, we finally embraced a que sera, sera mindset. And it paid off.

🧀🎤🎧🎂Grazing tables, singers performing legends of the last 50 years, taking over for a Sunday evening silent disco, a giant pavlova crowned with 50 candles, and the tasteful alpine street food served from our custom food caravan, along with the super-fun service by , made it all come together.

🎶A song I wrote for my 50th birthday - sharing my life story with humor and self-mockery - was the surprise I had for my beloved guests, who all joined in and danced along.

🎿 “Après Ski” in Athens? Yes, we did.

⛷️ When you’re an event planner turning 50 in December - the busiest season of the year -and can’t take your guests to the slopes, you bring the slopes to the party.

🚠 Being the outdoor lover that I am, I chose to celebrate this milestone with a casual yet festive winter gathering, dressed in mountain flair. “50 & Skiζω” came to life in the garden of , transformed into a cozy alpine lodge: fire pits, fir trees, fur throws, a fur bar, fairy lights, and the kind of music, drinks and décor that made everyone forget they were still in the city.

🎿 Our guests came prepared for the snow, and the atmosphere was nothing short of magical — laughter, dancing, live music and a silent disco under the stars.

As for turning 50? While creating the party video and flipping through decades of memories, I finally understood what all the fuss was about.

🍾For years, I’ve been organizing milestone parties silently thinking, “Why the drama?” Well… now I get it.

ℹ️And here's a little tip: if you're planning your 50th, don’t hire a 30-year-old to run the show. Hire someone who’s been there. Trust me, it makes all the difference.

🙏💞To my beloved colleagues and vendors: thank you for walking beside me throughout this 24-year journey. Planning events has been half my life. And I’ve never done it alone.

🎶Dinner, Design and a Silent Disco by the Sea

During the weekend’s christening festivities, a carefully balanced blend of culinary craft, site-sensitive design, and thoughtful entertainment made the second evening a model for how destination celebrations can be both spectacular and considerate.

Dinner unfolded at Cantina, an iconic restaurant nestled on the rocks of Seralia beach, offering a breathtaking view of Kastro. Known among food lovers yet rarely hosting private events, the venue fully embraced the evening’s spirit. Chef-patron Samoilis showcased his creativity with an imaginative, no-waste menu rooted in local ingredients, perfectly complemented by curated wine pairings from the sommelier.

🎧As local quiet hours approached and the lively crowd at Kastro settled above us, the celebration seamlessly transitioned to a silent disco setup — expertly managed by DJ Sartzetakis. Guests slipped on headphones and danced into the early morning, fully compliant with noise regulations yet immersed in the energy of the night. For many, it was a first, a surreal scene when viewed from Kastro: people moving in rhythm, laughing, and at moments, breaking into spontaneous a ca****la choruses. A joyful, innovative, and perfectly respectful finale that carried its energy all the way to the early morning hours.

A night that proved true celebration can be as thoughtful as it is unforgettable.

Heartfelt thanks to our amazing client for their inspired choice of venues across Sifnos; settings that became the perfect canvas for this christening celebration.

A Cycladic Christening Celebration

At the very heart of the Greek summer this August, RSVP designed and produced a truly special christening weekend for a little girl and her international circle of family and friends, who gathered on the ever-enchanting island of Sifnos — a place we return to time and again with renewed admiration.

The celebration unfolded across two days, three iconic venues, and countless memorable moments:

✔️ Day One: A warm welcome at Bostani Bar & Restaurant, where guests enjoyed drinks and a Greek cuisine dinner experience in a relaxed and elegant setting.

✔️ Day Two: The christening ceremony took place at the beautiful church of Zoodochos Pigi in Kato Petali, followed by sunset drinks at Loggia Wine Bar, perched atop the cliffs of Kastro village with breathtaking Aegean views. The evening culminated in a dinner at Cantina in Seralia, by renowned chef Giorgos Samoilis, followed by an unexpected party.

🐚 From calligraphed seashells and hand-painted menus to a silent disco and Cycladic-chic styling, every detail was designed to reflect effortless summer elegance and heartfelt hospitality.

At RSVP, we take pride in creating seamless experiences, no matter the complexity behind the scenes. And while this celebration meant carrying equipment up and down 250 steps in the August heat, the joy, beauty, and warmth we encountered, especially from the kind-hearted, always-helpful locals of Sifnos, made every step worthwhile.
