planning and coordination includes some or all of the following services according to clients needs : selecting and reserving the event site, permits if necessary, budgeting, arranging catering, bar services, tables, chairs and equipment, tents, decoration, music (d.j. or orchestra), light, other location support, valet parking, security, portable toilets, transportation, r.s.v.p., invitations, signage, entertainment, cleanup and other. Assistance with vendors selection, contract negotiation, scheduling of appointments, payments and close follow up to
confirm all details and final arrangements. Coordination between all vendors to achieve the smooth running and outcome of the event. My goal is to make you feel as "A guest at your own event".
