Step into the World of Ploom Red by Ora Ito: Where Design Meets Experience

Imagine walking into a space where every detail is designed to blow your mind. That’s exactly what we created for the launch of Ploom Red by Ora Ito—a one-of-a-kind, immersive journey that turned heads and sparked conversations through four distinct rooms, each telling a chapter of Ploom Red's story. Inspired by the Milan “Red Experience,” we transformed 10AM Loft into a playground for the senses, blending cutting-edge design, bold colors, and interactive moments.

We didn’t just launch a product—we told its story in four epic rooms that redefined what a launch event can be. Guests were greeted at Room 1 by the bold art of Cacao Rocks in a vibrant gallery, invited to leave their mark on a central canvas, and immersed in a journey filled with red-tinted delicacies, electric violin performances by Kalliopi Mitropoulou, and curated surprises guiding them to explore the event's four unique spaces.

🎨 In the darkroom photography loft, Roula Revis captured cinematic portraits printed on the spot, while Athens Surreal added a playful artistic backdrop. Upstairs at Loft 2, Giorgos Eleftheriadis showcased custom unisex fashion, including a striking samurai-inspired creation blending style and innovation. In the apothecary-inspired basement, guests sipped bespoke red cocktails like Bloody Marys in a space where taste met design. 🍷

The evening peaked with the dramatic unveiling of the Ploom Red device, followed by an electrifying DJ set by Angelos Krallis that sealed the night with vibrant energy. 🎶

Why It Worked
We ditched the usual “stand and stare” format for something truly immersive—a 1-to-1 sensory adventure where guests didn’t just see the Ploom Red; they felt it, tasted it, and became part of its story.

The result?
A buzz-worthy, unforgettable launch that elevated an innovative product into an iconic experience. Ploom Red didn’t just make its debut—it owned the spotlight.

Now that’s how you launch in style. 🎯

🌟 25 years - Lidl Family Days🌟

This year, Magna Events had the privilege of partnering with Lidl Hellas once again to bring their 25-Year Anniversary Lidl Family Days to life! These mini-festival events, spanning 5 cities and welcoming over 10,000 employees, were a tribute to Lidl’s incredible journey and the people who make it all happen.

This partnership holds special meaning for us, as we were also the creative agency behind Lidl’s 20-Year Family Day Celebration five years ago. To be trusted with this milestone event after half a decade of collaboration is a testament to the strong relationship we’ve built and our commitment to delivering excellence.

For this year’s celebration, we conceptualized, produced, and implemented:
✅ Interactive activities and workshops featuring Lidl’s international range of food and non-food products.
✅ Custom creative menus crafted by our dedicated chef teams using Lidl’s own products.
✅ Unique experiences designed to unite and inspire Lidl employees in a fun, engaging environment.

Taking on such a massive, multi-city project was a challenge we welcomed with open arms. At Magna Events, we thrive on pushing boundaries to ensure that every moment is memorable.

On 11/11/2024, Magna Events in partnership with LedPulse, proudly unveiled a groundbreaking experience at The Athens Concert Hall for Grant Thornton Greece "Future Unfold" Annual Tech Forum.

Our vision? The integration of AI into every layer of the experience—from sound & lights to the dynamic feedback of audience interaction.

The outcome? Through our unique AI, Dragon O, we bridged the realms of technology, art & human connection.

The process: Powered by 260,000 "neurons"—microchip LED units forming a tangible body—Dragon O didn’t just capture data; it listened, learned & responded. Throughout the evening, Dragon O processed 3 core data streams:
-Anthem Creation: Guided by composer Ermis Geragidis, Dragon O transformed rhythms, tones & audience input into an AI-fueled musical anthem.
-Speech Recognition: Capturing every word spoken, Dragon O's software analyzed text & sound to interpret sentiments and reactions.
-Audience Interaction via Wearable Tech: Each participant wore wristbands that lit up with kinetic movement. Every clap & shared reaction became a form of communication, allowing Dragon O to feel the energy of the crowd.

As the event continued, Dragon O presented its first-ever autonomous performance—an AI-driven symphony derived from our collective presence.

For the past six months, Magna Events & Led Pulse have been working tirelessly to bring Danilo Grande's vision to life. Our dedication and expertise culminated in a groundbreaking display where AI & human creativity seamlessly merged, marking a new era in artistic innovation.

The event was attended by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis who participated in a panel discussion with Grant Thornton's President, Nikolaos V. Karamouzis and Managing Partner, Vassilis Kazas.

🌟 Thrilled at Magna Events! 🌟
We are proud to share that Magna Events has been honored with a Gold award in Set Construction and a Silver award in Public Events at the prestigious Ermis Awards 2023 for our work on the Mercedes-Benz Brand Event, PAST TO THE FUTURE.

This project was a journey through time, celebrating the rich heritage and innovative future of Mercedes-Benz, from the iconic 1886 Patent-Motorwagen to the newest all-electric models like the EQS.

Hosted at the Golden Hall, this exhibition showcased our passion for storytelling through thorough planning, innovative technology, and interactive experiences.

None of this would have been possible without the dedication of our Magna Events team and our collaboration with Mercedes-Benz Hellas.

Magna Events at boot Düsseldorf 2024

This year at the prestigious boot Düsseldorf, Magna Events is proud to unveil an exhibition booth that's not just a space, but a statement. Commissioned by the esteemed D-Marin, our 65sqm booth is a tribute to the seamless blend of marine elegance and artistic innovation.

At boot Düsseldorf, D-Marin, a leader in marina management, showcases its commitment to quality, service, and the yachting experience. We're thrilled to represent such a pioneering spirit in the yachting industry.

Drawing inspiration from the avant-garde sculptor Katarzyna Kobro, our design pays homage to her work, 'Spatial Composition (5), 1929'. Kobro's visionary approach to space and form resonates with Magna Events’ ethos, where every design is an opportunity to transcend the ordinary. The booth's wave features are a nod to Kobro's constructivist roots, embodying fluidity, dynamism, and an inherent connection with the sea.

In crafting this booth, we've embraced materials that are sustainable, recycled, and eco-friendly, ensuring that our design not only captivates but also conserves.
