Out of 1,405 entries from around the world, Magna Events was honored at the 16th Global Eventex Awards.

This year’s competition included some of the biggest global productions and agencies in the industry, including projects connected to the Olympic Games. Which makes this recognition even more meaningful for us as an independent creative agency from Greece.

Awards were never the goal for us.

They’re the last applause, the closing moment after months of work that happens quietly on every project: the research, the ideas, the production engineering, the pressure, the deadlines, and the obsession with getting every detail right.

This year, we were proud to see that work recognized internationally first, on stages that set a high bar for evaluation and perspective:
Eventex (5 awards), CONVENTA Best Event Awards (2 awards, including the Grand Prix), and BEA World (1 award).

And then, back home in Greece, we had a real moment of hesitation. After experiencing how different award systems can be abroad, in criteria, jury structure, and overall rigor, we weren’t sure we’d enter locally.

But we changed our minds, and we submitted.

Not for applause, but because we’re part of this market. Alongside every event production company in Greece, we collectively shape the standards, the culture, and the future of our industry.

And because when a project goes up on stage, it represents the work of hundreds of people: teams, partners, technicians, creators, suppliers, and clients who trusted the process.

In Greece, that journey was recognized as well: Ermis Awards (2 distinctions, including the Grand Award) and Event Awards (32 distinctions, including Event of the Year).

We’ll always value the celebration, but we’ll value even more what it represents: an industry raising its standards together, the craft and the people behind the work.

To everyone who built these productions with us, and to our clients who challenged us and trusted us, thank you.
We’ll keep doing the work. The applause is just the final note.
