This month joins me in the guest mix, he's a producer, beat maker, DJ and founder of .jp He's 5 EP's and two albums which got picked up by DJs across the world. In 2019 he was featured by VICE JAPAN to talk about his label. He's in the mix for an hour with a very special 100% production mix filled with some bassy garage, NUKG and lovely bits in-between.

Where does the inspiration for your music come from?

My life as a local DJ in Tokyo, and the music I’ve been listening to since my mid-teens.
東京でローカルDJとして過ごしてきた日々と、10代半ばの頃から聴き続けている音楽です。

How did you approach this mix?
このミックスにはどのように取り組みましたか？

I selected music by my friends, along with released and unreleased tracks from my label, TREKKIE TRAX.
友人たちの曲に加えて、自分のレーベルであるTREKKIE TRAXのリリース済み／未リリースのトラックをセレクトしました。

When I put together a DJ mix, I always focus on maintaining a consistent groove while allowing the genres to shift naturally.
DJミックスを組むときは、ジャンルの流れが自然に変化しつつも、全体のグルーヴが一貫するように意識しています。

What are a few of your goals this year and what is the future of TREKKIE TRAX now we are in 2026?
2026年となった今、今年の目標、そしてTREKKIE TRAXの今後について教えてください。

To keep releasing and supporting local music, and to bring more attention to it from overseas.
