First, I'd like to thank the owner Christina of Holy Mug, who incidentally won the World Greek Coffee Championship in 2009, becoming the world champion in traditional Greek coffee preparation. As you can see from her expression Christina is passionate about her business.

Secondly, I wish to say a heartfelt round of applause to Tasos, Deb, Dimitri, Kosta, Katerina, and Sue.
Although we all come from different walks of life, they each took the chance to come together and meet at Holy Mug for an enlightening roundtable.

Thank you ALL so very much for coming. It truly meant a lot to me, and the pleasure of meeting every one of you was entirely mine. I hope this is just the beginning of many more great conversations and gatherings together.
