Planning your wedding at Sea View by En Kipo?

Having planned and coordinated many weddings at this beautiful venue over the years, I've seen first-hand how important it is to have someone overseeing the bigger picture on the day.

From supplier arrivals and setup through to timings, guest experience and the smooth flow of the celebration, there are countless moving parts behind every wedding.

My role is to make sure those details come together seamlessly, allowing couples to be fully present and enjoy the day they've worked so hard to create.

One of my favourite photos from this wedding.

Not because it's perfectly posed.

Not because it's a portrait.

But because it captures exactly how it felt.

Friends together on the dance floor, music playing, everyone relaxed and fully in the moment.

So much planning goes into creating a wedding day, but ultimately it's these moments that matter most.

The laughter, the dancing, the friendships, and the memories that will be talked about long after the wedding is over.

A potential bride asked me something recently on a call that stayed with me afterwards:

“Do you come with a big team on the wedding day?”

And the answer is… no.

I don’t have a big team.

When you email, you’re speaking with me.
When we plan your wedding, it’s me getting to know you, your ideas, your priorities and all the little details that matter to you.
And on your wedding day, it’s me there with you—not someone you’re meeting for the first time.

The same goes for your ceremony. If Elizabeth is leading it, she’ll be the one guiding you through the process and standing there with you on the day itself.

Of course, if a wedding needs extra hands on the day, I’ll always bring trusted support with me. And over the years I’ve built close relationships with an incredible network of vendors here in Crete—people I trust completely and love working alongside. In many ways, they’re part of our extended team too.

But at the heart of it, we remain intentionally small.

We take on a limited number of weddings each season. We never double-book. And whenever possible, we keep the days around each wedding free so our full attention is where it should be: on you, your celebration, and every detail that brings it to life.

For me, wedding planning has always been about connection.

Knowing who you’re speaking to.
Feeling understood.
Building trust over time.
And arriving at your wedding day with the confidence that the people around you already understand what matters most to you.
