Me & Georgia Hello there, we are Manos & Georgia! We are based on the island of Crete, but we don't stop travelling all around Greece and Europe.

We try to combine documentary with cinematic style. On your wedding day consider us as two more guests with cameras! We are Manolis and Georgia, a young couple from Crete who share a passion for photography. What intrigues us the most is meeting new people and places, in Greece but also everywhere else! Our philosophy is to document and tell the story of the couple, their family and friends as it

is unfolding and not intervening with it. We don’t want to just capture the clothes or the faces of the day, but we want to capture the original atmosphere and the feelings that emerged that day. Γεια!

Είμαστε ο Μανώλης και η Γεωργία, ένα ζευγάρι που μεγάλωσε και ζει στην Κρήτη. Μπορεί να είμαστε ένας λογιστής και μία φυσικός αντίστοιχα, αλλά πήραμε την απόφαση να κάνουμε επάγγελμα αυτό που μας ευχαριστεί και μας γεμίζει και δεν το έχουμε μετανιώσει ούτε στιγμή!

Η φιλοσοφία μας

Αυτό που προσπαθούμε να κάνουμε μέσα από τη φωτογραφία είναι να καταγράψουμε και να διηγηθούμε την ιστορία του ζευγαριού, της οικογένειας και των φίλων τους έτσι όπως εξελίσσεται εκείνη τη μέρα, χωρίς να παρέμβουμε. Είμαστε απλά δύο ακόμα καλεσμένοι με φωτογραφική μηχανή που τριγυρνάνε στον χώρο. Σκοπός δεν είναι απλά να καταγράψουμε τα ρούχα ή τα πρόσωπα της μέρας, αλλά να αποτυπώσουμε την πραγματική ατμόσφαιρα κι όλα τα συναισθήματα που αναδύθηκαν. Τις συγκινητικές, τις χαρούμενες και τις τρελές στιγμές εκείνης της μέρας, που είναι κι αυτές που θα θέλετε να θυμάστε σε πολλά χρόνια από τώρα. Γι’αυτόν τον λόγο προσπαθούμε να περιορίσουμε τις στημένες φωτογραφίες στο ελάχιστο δυνατό και να προτρέψουμε όλους όσοι παρευρίσκονται να είναι απλά οι εαυτοί τους. Στο κάτω κάτω, δεν παντρεύεστε για να φωτογραφηθείτε, αλλά για να γιορτάσετε και να χαρείτε!
