🚨 WE’RE HIRING! 🚨

Is your idea of sightseeing secretly checking out potential event venues? 👀
Do flowers, lighting, table settings, and perfectly timed entrances make you happier than they probably should? 😅

Then we should probably talk.

We’re growing our team at Optimum Greece and looking for:

🧡 EVENT MANAGER
You know how to turn a brief into an experience, an idea into a WOW moment, and create the kind of event people are still talking about long after they’ve gone home.

💙 ASSISTANT EVENT MANAGER
Organised, proactive, curious and ready to learn. You’ll help bring brilliant ideas to life and make sure every little detail contributes to the bigger picture.

What can you expect?

✨ Incredible events

🇬🇷 Beautiful destinations across Greece

🌍 International clients

🤝 A great team

💡 Creative ideas that become real experiences

❤️ And that unbeatable feeling when you look around and think: “Wow… we made this happen.”

If events are your thing, you love creating experiences with a WOW effect, and “detail-oriented” is basically your middle name, we want to hear from you.

🎒 Back to School. Back to Basics.

September in Greece means fresh starts, new notebooks, and back-to-school energy.

For us, it’s also a good reminder that the most memorable events always begin with the essentials:

✏️ Great planning
🤝 The right people
📍 The right places
✨ Meaningful experiences
💙 And attention to every little detail

The basics may be simple.
What we create from them is anything but.

Here’s to a new season of ideas, connections, and unforgettable experiences.
