Stylianos was born and raised in a family of couturiers. Dealing with fashion came quite normal for him. He studied at the legendary instituto Marangoni in Milan. After finishing his studies he worked as a freelance designer and since 2008 he is the creative director in the Bridal house KONSTANTINOS. On March 2012 he made his debut show in Athens Exclusive Designers Week presenting the Fall/Winter

2012-13 collection “Antithesis”, where Doukissa Nomikou amazed the audience in her haute couture bridal dress made with over 1700 hand-sewn Swarovski crystals. The next, Spring/Summer 2013, collection “Sayome” - a composition of material and shapes oriented from two different cultures, the Japanese and the Mediterranean - was honored with the “Best New Designer” award on October 2012. Subsequently he started designing for Greek celebrities, while the brand name STYΛIANOS started expanding abroad with the greatest accomplishment the designing of an exclusive collection for “ALPHA STAR aviation”, the private airways company of the Royal family of Saudi Arabia. On March 2013 Stylianos presented his Fall/Winter 2013-14 collection “Alice in Me” the mostly published and the best selling collection. A collection that describes how Stylianos’ mother - a fashion woman - affected his taste and aesthetics, a collection dedicated to the symbol of mother in general. Soft and floating silhouettes, romantic yet sexy, french laces combined with polka dot tulle, seducing transparencies was some of the key elements that took off the collection. Always following his vision for high-end unique products, Stylianos was led to create his own flagship atelier in Kolonaki Athens, in the heart of the most luxurious and niche market in Greece. London, Doha and Istanbul are his next business destinations according to a 5 year business plan he follows since September 2013.
