Modular Expansion

The Reverb Sessions aim to highlight the authentic alternative culture of Athens through different art forms, diversity of performers, diversity and multiraciality. The contributors come from different genders, ages and sexual preferences. Wanting to highlight with the overall project the power of unity. In 2002 Modular Expansion created the Reverb Sessions, pioneering events for the Athens scene.

Events in which the cream of Athens' contemporary electronic music appeared, as well as renowned international artists. The highlight was in 2004 during the Athens Olympic Games the Reverb Festival with invited international artists of world renown. In 2022, at the Municipal Market of Kypseli, Modular Expansion, in collaboration with Cannibal Radio, revived the philosophy of Reverb sessions and presented the Reverb Festival, already having to their credit many events in the area with great success. In 2023 Reverb Sessions collaborated with the Ministry of Culture in the framework of the Modular Expansion action, as well as with the Municipality of Athens and within the framework of the Athens City Festival they organized two Street Events in Gyzi Square and Victoria.

Το Φεστιβάλ του Δήμου Αθηναίων σας προσκαλεί στο Gyzi Street Party στην Πλατεία Γκύζη.
Η Kollektiv παρουσιάζει το Gyzi Street Party, ένα urban μουσικό concept, ένα μουσικό ταξίδι που εξερευνά διαφορετικούς αλλά συμπληρωματικούς ηχητικούς κόσμους. Η αφρόκρεμα της σύγχρονης ηλεκτρονικής χορευτικής μουσικής δίνει ραντεβού στην Πλατεία Γκύζη την Παρασκευή 8 Μαΐου, από νωρίς το απόγευμα (17:30) έως αργά το βράδυ (23:00). Με την υποστήριξη της μπύρας Μπάρλεϋ, πρόκειται για μια Easy IPA μπύρα 4.5%, αποτέλεσμα της συνεργασίας μεταξύ της Alea Brewing και της Sourmena Brew.
