Olive oil tastings and Private dining services in Pelion, Thessaly, Greece Thus, "TERPSIS: Gastronomic Experiences" was created.

Our host, Konstantinos Patistis, grew up in Argalasti, Pelion and has always been actively involved in the cultivation and production of wine and olive oil of the family business. After completing his studies at the Univercity of Patras, he decided to pursue some of his great loves, cooking and pastry. So he studied at the South African Chefs Academy in Cape Town, South Africa and then worked in w

ell-known kitchens of Greece and abroad. After his return to his homeland he was involved in the family business, but the germ of knowledge and his love for nature and the land pushed him to study Agriculture where he understood in depth the mechanisms that govern the functioning of nature and natural ecosystems, devoting at the same time a large part of his time in foraging and local gastronomy. By combining both his experiences and his knowledge, he never stopped dreaming and looking for ways to offer his own perspective of local gastronomy to the visitors. The intersection of his gastronomic concerns with Angeliki Vogdanou, Experience Planner & Hospitality Consultant, resulted in them envisioning, planning and organizing together a unique experience based on the Gastronomy and Nature of Pelion. Konstantinos will be waiting for you at the Patistis Olive Groves to guide you and introduce you to the daily routine of the area's producers, the secrets of tasting, the ways of using olive oil and to bring you closer to the roots of the habits that forged Greeks everyday life.

The whole experience unfolds in a renovated old olive oil mill which now operates as a museum. The seating area, is made of reusable wooden pallets in the yard of the old family mansion.
