Dear friends and patrons of the literary arts,
I hope this note finds you well.
This is to inform you of and to invite you to an event we are putting together to mark the end of the year. Under the auspices of Springfield Gardens, Nana Asaase and the Writers Project of Ghana are organising a literary event slated for Sunday, the 18th of December, 2016, from 2 pm till 7 pm. The location is the Springfield Gardens, located in the Springfield Community, opposite the Presidential Lodge at Peduase.
The event is an open call for all literary artists and lovers of the written and spoken word to meet and share their creative works. It will be a time of poetry performances, readings, story-telling, and music to end the literary year.
Persons interested in reading and/or performance are encouraged to indicate their interest by the following means:

There will be local drinks on the house and participants are welcome to bring in their contributions to the bar. (Note: Springfield Gardens runs a strict no smoking and no alcohol policy).
