It is exclusively hired for you and only after the day tourists are gone, it is set up for your wedding.. Ceremony followed by a drinks reception, then we go back down again for your sit down meal by Queensway Quay Marina or the Rock Hotel. Suitable for 2 - 50 guests✨💍

At Mediterranean Weddings, we take care of absolutely everything, so you can simply enjoy your special day stress-free. From handling all legal requirements and checking your documents in advance, to arranging liability insurance, transport for the couple and registrar — every detail is managed by our team.

Their private elopement began at City Hall, followed by a stunning photo tour around the Rock and the Marina, capturing magical moments along the way.

The celebrations don’t end with “I do”…
The day after, our couple welcomed their guests to a beautiful Afternoon Tea at the Eliott Hotel — a heartfelt thank you to everyone who travelled to Gibraltar to share in their special day.

Perched on the rooftop, with sweeping views across the Bay of Gibraltar and a warm spring breeze in the air, it was the perfect setting to relax and soak up every last moment together.

Delicate pastries, endless tea, and laughter that carried long into the afternoon — the most elegant way to say thank you.

The Rock Hotel - Gibraltar's Iconic Hotel

Steeped in glamour (and a few famous footsteps), The Rock Hotel remains a Medweddings favorite.

If you’re dreaming of a classic, sun-drenched wedding reception and panoramic views of the bay towards Africa, the Sunset terrace and Victory Suite provide the perfect backdrop.

Here we added chivari chairs, registrar's table arrangement, aisle flowers, bride and groom chair flowers, place mats, cake table decor, napkins and candles.

The flowers got moved from the ceremony area to the reception table, so there was no waste.

After the wedding, the flowers were not disposed of, but where carefully placed at the naval cemetery here in Gibraltar.

Say 'I Do' in nature

The open air theatre is suitable for medium to large groups for ceremonies and receptions.

With its natural beauty, it’s no wonder that this unique venue has been chosen to film the French TV show “married at first sight”.

A magical and secluded venue within the gardens for a grand celebration, it welcomes parties of up to 150 guests.

You will be centre stage in this natural theatre surrounded by water. The ceremony area is accessed via a bridge over water. After your ceremony enjoy photography in this luxuriant and green location followed by celebration drinks and canapés. The venue may also be hired for a full sit down dinner.

Let’s talk about the weather ☀️

We have pleasant sunshine, even during the European winter months.

Daytime temperatures usually reach around 16-17 degrees daily on average.

While February isn‘t the sunniest month of the year, it is sunnier and drier than the depths of winter in the north of Europe.

This appeals to couples who want a bright and less seasonal- cold wedding setting in February!
