A minimum one night stay is required by Law.

Non-residents wishing to get married or enter into a civil partnership in Gibraltar must provide the Registrar, no later
than the day prior to the ceremony, with documentary evidence that they will be staying in Gibraltar.

The stay must be immediately prior to or, immediately after the ceremony and the Registrar will accept any of the evidence listed below:

• A Gibraltar hotel bill or Gibraltar apartment booking
• A statement by a resident of Gibraltar confirming that the parties will be staying at the relevant address in Gibraltar

Statement/Proof must contain the following information:
• Name of Host & Address
• Tel No & Email
• Name of Guests
• Address of Stay
• Length of Stay
• Total paid for the stay

For all ceremonies, you must have two other people present to witness that you have said the legal vows and to sign the register.

Your witnesses may be related to either of you and/or to each other.
They may be friends or colleagues over the age of 18, must be able to speak and understand English and be acceptable to the Registrar.

Please note that the Registry Office does not provide witnesses and Registry Office personnel are unable to act as witnesses.

Huge Congratulations to J & J

Saturday was all about love, laughter and celebrating with the people who matter most.

Surrounded by family and friends, J & J said “I do” at the Rock Hotel, followed by a gorgeous day filled with happy tears, plenty of laughter, wonderful food and all the little moments that make a wedding day so special.

From the ceremony with those incredible views, through to celebrating together and dancing the night away… it was one of those days where nobody wanted it to end.

A beautiful couple, their favourite people and one seriously fun celebration.

A blast was had by all! 🤍

We cater for couples who have bought décor themselves, right through to couples who want us to take the entire styling concept off their hands.

1. The “We Display What You Bought” Package

For couples who have sourced and purchased their own décor but need someone experienced to make it all look beautiful on the day.

This could include:
• Receiving or collecting décor items
• Setting up tables, ceremony area and agreed décor
• Placing candles, signage, favours, table details etc.
• Styling according to the couple’s instructions
• Final styling check before guests arrive
• Packing down and placing personal décor items together afterwards

Important - We are styling what you have purchased.

2. The “We Design & Style Your Wedding” Package

We take your ideas, Pinterest boards and colour palette and turn them into a cohesive wedding look.

Include:
• Initial styling consultation
• Moodboard and colour palette
• Décor concept and styling direction
• Recommendations for tables, ceremony, signage, candles, florals and finishing touches
• Sourcing/hiring décor items
• Liaising with relevant suppliers
• Full styling and setup on the wedding day
• Final styling check
• Pack-down

This is the package where we charge for your style, experience and local supplier knowledge.

3. The “We Make It Beautiful” Package

For example:

You know you want Mediterranean, elegant, romantic, blue and white, modern Gibraltar, etc.

You create the look and supply/source the key styling elements, without creating a completely bespoke design from scratch.

This could include:
• Styling consultation
• Agreed colour palette/theme
• Curated décor selection
• Table styling

From saying *I do* at City Hall, to exploring Gibraltar together, stopping for those all-important photographs and ending the day beside the Mediterranean with good food and a glass of something lovely…

This was one of those days where everything just felt easy.
